Second time to stayed at this hotel Really enjoyed the first time that’s why I came back again. Very good breakfast as usual . But During my stay this time the room 409 internet was really bad and when taking a shower the bathtub water was seeped into the room .so it was really wet and discomfort. And the receptionist call Lily she is not really professional. Anyway Hope IHG group service can be improved in the future

From arriving to a friendly welcome at reception (Sam)everything and every member of staff was lovely and could not do enough to help. From the foyer to the bar/dining area to our room, we found it spotless, well thought out and extremely comfortable. The bed was comfy and you heard no outside noise if there was improvement I could offer, a pillow menu would be great. Otherwise 5stars and we would definitely use again 😁

Perfect for our one night stay. Leisure facilities faultless. Breakfast and evening meal good. Breakfast seating arrangements were a bit chaotic.

The Hotel is very close to the main roads and easy to reach , check In was quick and efficient. Room clean and fresh. Since our last visit here the Changing rooms of the leisure have been upgraded and all the leisure centre a pleasure to use once again. The Restaurant and Bar area has been refreshed too with accompanying Good level of customer service. The City centre is a comfortable 20min walk passing by a number of attractive bars and restaurants, we had a nice Thai meal at Zapps. On the downside, for the second time our room fridge was defective, I'd be checking 1st next visit. The cooked breakfast was very complete but not very hot, the choice of cold choices was comprehensive. One Great advantage of staying at the Plaza is its even easier on the way out to access the M621 and Motorways and not have to negotiate the Ring road network. It's always our 1st Choice when we go to Leeds.

Great hotel although the pool was full with children. There was a slight issue on check in where the hotel didn’t know that I had pre paid but that was quickly sorted! Breakfast was great and the tea and coffee in the room was fab! Beds are really comfortable and it was easy to cast your phone to the tv.

There are a few varieties of breakfast. This room type is suitable for families with children. It is one of the larger twin rooms in British hotels, but the facilities are a bit old.

Everything is good, there are restaurants nearby. A bit far from the city center.

There is no service at all. The room on the first day of check-in was very dirty and the sound insulation effect was not good. The shower in the bathroom was also broken. The front desk said that they could not change the room for us because the room was full, but they were willing to clean it again for me. The staff did not come until the next day when I changed to another room. I also asked the front desk about the hotel's spa service, and the front desk told us that the hotel doesn't have this service.
