Easy access to Jonker Walk and eatery. Free parking. Wifi a bit weak. Book family room comes with 2 bedroom and 1 living room, spacious enough for 5 of us

Great location and good service. The room is also spacious. Just need to have improvements on their cleanliness and add additional chairs in the room as only got 1 chair for 3 pax family room.

It’s a well located area, where it’s easy to move around the Major Malls and Historic spots in Melaka. Restaurants are easily accessible surrounding this Hotel.

I had a very disappointing experience, as the hotel photos and the actual room were completely different.

The hotel’s location is quite convenient , however it is a little old. I had issues opening the door to my hotel room a few times.

Such a disappointment I was mislead by the ratting of 8.3 Booked 3 rooms a for 2 nights . Checkin at 2pm: collected keys . Rooms were at level 2 : 1 room card had error twice. I had to move up and down to get the card recotfied. When t The lift opened a very strong smell turned off all our excitement . The walk way had such a bad smell throughout. Carpet were all stained . When we open to our room, was extremely shocked to see a ‘hotel room” at a state of lounge or even a domittery. Worst off all, 2 rooms of ours had a curtain, to our horror when we open the curtain there was a store room . That means no view , the window was actually facing the building in store. It look creepy with broken cupboards and cleaning equipments. So that means there should be a entrance for the store also. Looking at the state of the rooms , we requested to upgrade the rooms. We were brought to level 18 to view the rooms. The moment I stepped in, I know the room was not vacuumed thoroughly. I saw dust strips on the floor and even on the bed. We decided that we will not ruin our holiday by continuing our stay on the hotel. We checked out within 1 hr and chose to take another hotel . Family with kids ! Pls also note there is no swimming pool in the hotel.

I recently stayed at The Heritage Hotel in Melaka, and my experience was mixed. The best part about the hotel is its location. It is very close to popular attractions like Jonker Street and A Famosa, making it convenient to explore the city. The price is also affordable, which is great for travelers on a budget. Overall, The Heritage Hotel is a good choice if you are looking for a budget-friendly place with a central location. However, I hope they improve their cleanliness and service to provide a better experience in the future.

The hotel just Infront of Dataran pahlawan mall Mcd 2 store. You just cross the road and will reach side door of the Mall. Behind hotel have 4 floor parking area. If lazy to go out by car , can walk 5mins , there are different type cuisine restaurant like nyonya,western,chinese,cafe

We like the location, it is close to the places we want to visit and we can see the sea. The bed is very big and comfortable and there is hot water for bathing Value for money and will book this hotel again in near future. .

The hotel location at Jalan Merdeka, Melaka City centre. Infront the hotel is the Dataran Pahlawan shopping complex. The room hotel is clean and tidy. Staff hotel is friendly and helpful. Parking is free. provide by the hotel. Easy to get the food and beverage by walking distance.

My stay at this hotel was truly memorable. The combination of excellent location, comfortable accommodations, top-notch facilities, and outstanding service made it a perfect choice for my visit to Melaka. I highly recommend this Hotelto anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city.
