When I entered the room I saw my room was not ready at all messy and full of dirty linen and trash. Even though the reception had given me the key to room 502. I asked the housekeeping on duty they ran away and did not answer my question. I am not the first guest to come to Cordela Hotel Medan (often). I was annoyed and went back to the reception and asked why the room you gave me was not ready. Until finally I waited for 20 minutes.
