Second stay at this hotel after 5 years. Hotel still in good condition. Staff was very nice and always smiling. Breakfast spread was okay. Will come back again.

A great place to relax with nearby shopping malls and plenty of food to choose from. However, checking in wasn't a nice experience this time as the one serving me was not friendly.

Next to A2 food court and BCS.Few minutes walk to Grand Batam Mall.Opposite of hotel have soany message parlours.Buffet breakfast is great.Highly recommended .Thank you Batam.

One word: Excellent. From their staff service, room cleanliness, location and even the breakfast provided. We were greeted with friendly smile from the staff from the moment we reached till we checked out of the hotel. Process was fast and they’re helpful with our enquiries. Room was clean, it was a comfortable stay through the nights. We were provided with high floors with sceneries surrounding the hotel. Location wise is very convenient as everywhere else is easily accessible. And breakfast is awesome as there was a variety of choices to pick. Totally recommended to stay if you’re visiting Batam! 💯

Excellent location directly opposite Grand Batam Mall and many Massage wellness spa. Good security and very clean hotel. Will recommend to my friends and also come back to stay again .

Best hotel to stay when you’re in bata.There are a lot of street food in the evening opposite the hotel. Grand mall is few mins walk too. Recommended!

Good location with walking distance to Grand Batam mall and BCS mall. Hotel bar counter is outdoor and nothing much. The square club is also not open daily. Basically no entertainment in the hotel which is the biggest disadvantage. The massage shop in the hotel does not look like has anyone.

Checking to hotel room is not effective always. Checking to room sometime delay till 3pm. Other hotel check in express n quick within 15 to 20 minutes if delay not till 3m As why take so long to check in n the answer is the guest haven't check out but how come all guest have to check out by 12noin n request for late check out is always denied. Hope the management can look on this matter

It will be fantastic if they have coffee machine. Overall it a good experience in this hotel

Very clean and comfortable with quite spacious room.Walking distance within 2 malls and beside have a big food court. Front desk service is great.Will come back for my business trip next time again.Breakfast also not bad.

Hotel location is excellent. Shopping malls, massage parlours & eateries are all within walking distance. Nice surrounding with pool & well equipped gym at hotel.

Everything is fine except one thing that we can't get the connecting room. The hotel service is very good. It is our first choice of hotel when we go to Batam.
