We had visited Namah around two years ago for a family gathering. The experience back then was quite wonderful and has so been again during our recent visit in February 2025. I am very pleased to have stayed at Namah. It’s just the right place to relax, chat and have a memorable time, esp. with childhood buddies. We all had a exceptional stay which was entirely made possible by team of Namah by extending their Excellent hospitality, ensuring pristine rooms and especially for the special personal attention extended by Manager (F & B) Kripal who ensured we had our food tailored to our diet and likings. I recently stayed at Namah Radisson Resort in Ramnagar, and overall, it was a great experience. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. However, the breakfast area tended to get quite crowded, which was a bit inconvenient. The rooms were clean, cozy, and warm, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the balcony was a nice addition, the view could have been better – the grass wasn’t as green as expected, and the fountain needed better maintenance. The staff was extremely supportive, welcoming, and prompt in their service across all aspects, which added to the pleasant experience. One suggestion would be to keep the sports equipment closer to the play area for easier access. The security measures were excellent, ensuring a safe and peaceful stay. Despite minor areas of improvement, Namah Radisson Resort offers a relaxing getaway with commendable service and facilities. I would definitely recommend it for a visit!

The property is just amazing. It is located very close to the bijrani zone entrance gate and is a well appointed property with all amenities. There are large open areas with views of the kosi river. The rooms are well stocked with all facilities you need for a comfortable stay. Rooms do need a bit of renovation though, with some minor blemishes here and there. What sets them apart is the service though. Every staff is so courteous and ever ready to help out. Special thanks to kripal ji at the restaurant, who was always there to make meals special. Whether it is recommending a dish or providing any custom dish not in the menu, all you had to do was to tell him! really blown away by the service levels. Special thanks to girish arya for arranging the transportation and the safaris. I was in touch with girish over phone and he prepared a detailed safari itinerary for us. He ensured that we cover all zones and was always there to ensure that we didn't face any hitches. Overall a wonderful experience at namah
