The property is a serene retreat, surrounded by lush greenery and a well-maintained garden. The large swimming pool and adventure activities like archery, the Burma Bridge, kayaking, valley crossing, and trekking add a lot of fun and excitement to the stay. The staff at the adventure sports section was particularly friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. However, there are some areas for improvement. While the staff is generally polite and helpful, the quality of food did not meet expectations and was quite oily. The rooms also require better upkeep; we stayed in a Warli Hut and a Tree Top House, both of which had issues. The geyser was not functional, the flush lacked proper force, and there was no electric kettle provided—a necessity during winter for hot drinking water. Overall, while the property has great potential with its beautiful surroundings and facilities, the food quality, room maintenance, and basic amenities need significant upgrades. With these improvements, the resort could truly live up to its pricing and be comparable to a 4-star experience.
