Worst experience ever!
I spend one hour to explain to the lady on reception that I booked a room on that hotel. To any of my arguments she responded, "You don't have a room in this hotel."
She was absolutely not interested to find my reservation or to somehow solve the problem, she was looking like she is drunk.
My girlfriend and I were one step away from being left without a hotel and having to go out to find another one. At the end I used her computer to find my reservation. Awefull experience!
The room was super dirty and destroyed. We have only one dirty towel. Never never recommend this hotel.

I booked this hotel based on what it was showing on the Internet and it was not anything what they showed. We arrived. I had booked two rooms and they said the rooms wouldn’t be ready until between 7 PM at night and 12 o’clock. Midnight. I’m a business traveler and I work in my room in the evening. The hotel is a bar with rooms upstairs. I asked for a cancellation and they would not release me of the booking. Buyer beware.

Great location but that is dependant on what you're looking for. The hotel is in the centre of Patong area and so it's convenient if you want to be close to the bars and night markets. But if you want an early nights sleep its not the place because the noise levels are extremely high until about 3am Monday-Sunday. Very helpful staff members and they're happy to help wherever they can!
