Good location as a transit hotel. Receptionists and housekeepers are friendly and always carry a smile. I will come back again to stay.

The rooms are not special but nothing unpleasant. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The front desk was very helpful. Access to the airport is not bad.

Quite a decent stay here. The room is clean and tidy. The location is good. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy in the mornings, the noises from the ground floor can be heard so they will give you ear plugs at the counter when you check in. Other than that, this hotel is quite a good one. Good location, clean and convenient. A lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby as well

Very nice hotel, modern, technology. We needed to go to the AirPort in the middle of the night and the hotel owner promptly took us to the AirPort. 5 stars

The room was a bit dirty and smelly. It was really loud even at night. It states on the Trip.com site that there is a laundry and fitness center at this hotel but when I asked they told me that they don't have any
. The young girls at the reception center where really nice.,

Comfortable to stay a night , recommended for transit night, clean , staff friendly but doesn’t speak English i needed help to reservation free bus call, free bus pick up and drop off service on time , near pudon airport about 7,8 ml, iron have , 2 floor and have a elevator which is good, toilet was smart I liked a lot, if need boil water you should touch it to use i had in the morning trouble to boil water

The room had a defect, where the bedroom lights cant be switched off. Not even the receptionist zhang could manual overwrite and shut down the lights. Tried to give meeguo the voice command and didnt work. So i didnt managed to sleep or even have a good rest at all. .but she tried her best and there was no room available so no choice...
But The loft room was amazing and spacious enough, Toothbrush, water , toiletries, towel and comb are included, other items have to prepare yourself. The room is really smart and all the switches are connected /curtains are electronically controlled. Service is good. There is iron and board outside at the corridor. No transport nearby but easy to get around with didi
