It was my second time staying at V Hotel Lavender. This time my room was on the 13 floor and I had a nice city view with ICA building 😊. Moreover, room is clean and room Equipment is good especially in the toilet. For air conditioner in the room was so cold even we turned it off (just wonder why? but I sleep well with this temperature ) . The hotel is so convenient that MRT is nearby and food court around especially those who love TOAST BOX and Burger King. My breakfast is always at Koufu food court. Last but not least I will be back to this Hotel again when I go to Singapore.

First time trying their executive club room with the club benefits. But was alittle disappointed with the person who served us during the check in. He did not mentioned to us what was included in our package like what time is the breakfast, the place for the breakfast and also the timing for the evening cocktail. This need to be improved to provide guests the information needed else they will not know and might missed the evening cocktail. The room was big but abit old and there is no “do not disturb” button. But luckily the staff from club lounge iskandar was very friendly and sociable. He will come and chat with us. He also told us the breakfast place is at level 3. The food selection was okay just that the food was alittle cold and they actually serviced beer on tap and black label! Overall still a pleasant experience.

This is my 2nd stay here, for my birthday this year! Always loved how the location is convenient and it has everything I need for a simple but satisfying stay. Everything was great, I got upgraded to the 24th Floor 🥹🥹! Only slight downside was that the door had to be pushed really, REALLY hard to close / open it (it won't close properly). Not a huge nuisance but I do have to use my whole body weight to close the door lol. And there were dust bunnies in the gaps where the door lock (the black latch) is. I had to wipe that down myself. Besides these, the stay was comfy and great! Thank you once again! :)

2nd time staying with Park Royal on Beach Road. Requested for decoration as my fiancé’s birthday is coming up. They have kindly decorated the room with balloon, even giving us a tasty brownie. -1 for cleanliness as I saw a bottle cap on the floor from the previous customer. Service was tip top as usual. Would definitely come back again!

The room size is definitely small but consider big in SG , the room is clean and all amenities i need is ready and well prepared. The location is strategic and slightly not so expensive in orchard shopping road in the area

Housekeeping were very polite and friendly throughout the stay. Unfortunately, the routine checks and call to the room was a tad annoying. Nonetheless, it is understandable to do so as I was informed that they do so for safety and security reasons. Location was great as it was close to the bus stop, MRT interchange and malls. The free shuttle bus to and from RWS is also a good plus point. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay 👍🏼 Would recommend for the convenience 🙏🏼

My go to hotel when I feel like having a break. It's been few times I checked in to this hotel. Out from the chaotic atmosphere of the town. Nearby bus stop, mrt station and star vista. If you walk a little bit further, there are local coffee shop. Don't worry getting hungry as it's easy to get. And peaceful plc to be in.

The hotel is super near outram park MRT, and a walkable distance to Tanjong Pagar. The location is convenient to go to sentosa and also other attractions in city centre. Service is good and rooms are a reasonable size.

The location is right in the city itself but you need to have transport to take you there as it's quite hidden from the main road. At the reception, the people there are very friendly. When I went to my room, the bed was awesome. I have requested 2 beds and I am so excited that there are 4 pillows given for each bed. The only thing that, my bedroom is right at the end of the building, which also means that its surrounded by windows. Sadly, the view of my windows is all blocked by other apartments. I can practically see them and vice versa. No privacy at all. You have to keep the blinds down for privacy. The breakfast buffet is awesome. Its a combination of Western and Asian food. I would love to be back again but I guess not the corner room.

Positives: the breakfast was a wide variety, and the food was very yummy. The pool was big and clean. The room was also very tidy and neat, and they let us have a late check out at 2pm. The service is also great. Kids also eat for free. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall and the MRT station is just a short walk away :) Negatives: the evening cocktail at the Executive Lounge was not that nice and the hotel was kinda old. The hotel also did not allow us to check in slightly earlier :(
