It is a very old hotel. Very smelly. Hairdryer only work for a little while, got over hot and stopped. Won’t be back again.

They didn't allow us to use the pool or the gym. The restaurant was not open for dinner. This information should appear on the website and in the application. If I had known this before, I would not have stayed. Simply disappointing! I will never go back :(

Excellent hotel, always very friendly service. The rooms are large and comfortable, well equipped and the shower is also very good. The location is perfect, close to the market, shopping and the best bars and restaurants in Sorocaba!
