Tangerang City Spa Hotels

Im pleased during my short stay. Hotel is clean, service are good. Staff are helpful and courteous with their greetings and sincere smile. I like their free shuttle service to the airport. Facilities are almost complete with swimming pool, gym, billiards and welness spa plus their unique Durian resto. There is only one glitch that happened in the Rimba Durian resto that the staff have forgotten to placed our food orders, we have waited for 1&1/2 hours until we sense something not right.. staff have asked for apology..but honestly my excitement to have try their local cuisine melts off.. But generally, rating still all good for me.❤️.

The location was good. Value for the money. Staffs were nice. But the hotel was full, so the hotel staffs were overwhelmed to exercie covid protocol, many guests were not wearing mask, no action were taken by hotel staffs. For those who is driving, this establishment has the most challengin maneuver, its a nightmare parking place ever.

Everything was good except for the room cleaning service that did not replenish the exhausted tissues, toiletries such as toothbrushes and head coverings that were not given, and the drinking utensils that I had used were not cleaned😞

This is our second visit. The room was not as clean as the previous one. The smell in the bathroom wasn't pleasant. The shower was not working perfectly. Grateful for the airport drop off.

As my partner put it. Miles better than the Ibis Budget to which this hotel is cojoined. It was a good choice for an overnight stop at the airport. The room was of a fair size and the bed was comfortable, It was available at the time we checked in and all went well. Didn't use any facilities as it was time for bed. Easy to get grab (even at 6am) or the hotel can get you a car for transfer back to the airport. A few shops / restaurants nearby. A good comfortable nights sleep.

Okay near airport for early flight best to book here the place to eat inside hotel is nice and cheaper than Jakarta city

The staff are friendly and understanding, starting from checking in, and checking out. Amazing welcome experience. I am not sure what's the name of receptionist that serve me on the 28/12? Please check your system to convey my thanks to this lady who is so professional, knowing what she's doing, always smiling, 😊 The checking in is so smoothly.From security to restaurant all staff are properly trained 👍I will definitely recommend to all my staff, Relatives, friends. Very nice hotel and location. Aircond room need to improve and water pressure room very weak. Overall very2 convenient. Friendly staff and very puntual arrangement. Keep it up !!!

The place is nice and clean. All the staffs are helpful and kind. The design is also great, but the parking area is too narrow.
