The perfect location in Tangier. The staff will treat you like princes and princesses. Everything was just perfect. The room was spacious. I slept so well during these 3 nights. Loved it. A massive thanks to Othman, the reception Manager and his team. Highly highly recommended

Very nice hotel on the heights of Tangier… the staff is very attentive and the service is up to 5 star standards… the breakfast is one of the best..

The hotel room was okay, but the curtains in the bathroom and shower area could not be drawn down. There is no convertible plug.

I went at the end of March. The hotel is located in the mountains on the outskirts of Tangier, Morocco. The scenery is relatively good. But because it is Ramadan, there are not many basic guests, and the swimming pool is under maintenance. The price-performance ratio of the $50 buffet per person is relatively low. There is not much food and no additions. The customer service staff basically do not understand English, and communication is relatively difficult. For breakfast, I ordered two glasses of 200ml orange juice and charged $12, which is a bit outrageous. Of course, the room facilities meet the five-star standard. After leaving the hotel, I found that I was overcharged by an inexplicable $250, and I have asked the bank for a refund. The overall service level can only be at the 2-3 star level. Not recommended, price is too low.

Excellent hotel amazing service!

Origin Bar led by Rachid and his crew Yousseff and Karim ate a unique experience. Nice bar, excellent drinks. Engage conversation with Rachid and you will know more about Morocco snd Tangier. A place I recommend after a long day walking through the nice city of Tangier.

I had the pleasure of being served by Majda at Social Kitchen, and I must say, she truly made my dining experience unforgettable. Majda is incredibly welcoming, with a heartwarming demeanor that immediately puts you at ease. Her genuine kindness and attentiveness are rare to find and greatly appreciated. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, checking in with us at just the right moments and always with a warm smile. Her positive attitude and dedication to her work are evident, making the entire experience so much more enjoyable. Majda is an amazing asset to Social Kitchen, and I will definitely be coming back, hoping to be served by her again. Thank you, Majda, for your outstanding service!

I was really impressed by the hospitality at this hotel and sympathy of the staff, especially Saloua & Hafid and all those I had the opportunity to met. I used to stay in Fairmont Hotels, this was my first time at Fairmont Tazi Palace at Tanger, it was a great experience

This hotel is truly amazing in so many ways. The location, architecture and attention from the staff is incredible. Lunch at Social kitchen which is an Asian restaurant is a must! Majda is a great host and made sure we had an enjoyable time! We will come back!

Just glorious. Friendly personable service. Surprising for such a palace ! Also had dinner at the Persian restaurant. They have a fabulous Moroccan and Iranian menu and a cool DJ with exceptional lounge music. Only drawback is that it’s a bit out and you need a taxi to get out and about. But that’s how you get the views!

Great experience w Magda in the restaurant at the Fairmont . We had an energetic 2 yr old at our table of 8 and she was quick to serve us to keep her happy and therefore all of us and the other diners. Bravo Magda! The food was also amazing! Loved the truffle pizza.

Fantastic stay at the Fairmont Hotel, excellent service worth every penny and more. Try the bar and ask Omar for a drink. He makes amazing treats. The hotel overall is without complaints, but the food and the bar carry you that extra mile. // Niklas
