Thrissur's oldest hotel built in 1949. This heritage building is in a tranquil three acre setting next to the railway station and bus stand in the heart of the city. With an air- conditioned convention centre for 1500 people and car parking for over 250 cars, the hotel is a landmark that blends the old and new. The rooms are spacious with minibar, coffeemaker, pressurized showers and 32-40" televisions with HD cable connection. The restaurant menu options are limited. But price is afffordable only.In all The Merlin will ensure that your stay in Thrissur is both comfortable and memorable!

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Thrissur city. The location is perfect, being conveniently close to the railway station, which made my travel hassle-free. The stay was incredibly comfortable, with the pillows and bedding being some of the fluffiest and coziest I’ve ever experienced. The food was another highlight of the experience. The in-house dining offered a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes, making every meal an enjoyable one. Whether you’re looking for traditional Kerala cuisine or continental dishes, the availability and quality of the food were outstanding. However, the real star of my stay was Ranjith at the front office. His warm hospitality and exceptional service truly elevated my experience. From the moment I arrived, Ranjith went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Whether it was helping with local recommendations, answering queries with patience, or simply greeting me with a friendly smile, he made me feel right at home. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and professional, and he is undoubtedly an asset to the hotel. Overall, this hotel combines convenience, great food, and a welcoming environment. Thanks to Ranjith and the amazing team, I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Thrissur!

Excellent experience kudos to front office staff Mr.Renjith his service is awesome will refer my experience to all to have this wonderful ambience in the hotel and food beverage all together in one hut and I shall invite my friends and other colleges to experience this hotel atleast once

The hotel stay was pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful (Specialy front office staff Renjith). The amenities were well-maintained, and the overall experience was relaxing. Would recommend for a peaceful stay.
