Service: Warm and thoughtful. Before check-in, we will ask about arrival time and send location. During your stay, you will also be answered with all your questions and the service will be attentive. Hygiene: Very clean, not inferior to star hotels. The mattress in the room is very soft and very comfortable to sleep on. Will come again next time. Facilities: Everything is available, including disposable supplies. Environment: The location is better. The room I stayed in can see Shuanghe Lake and the musical fountain in summer.

This was one of the best Hotel experiences I have ever had! Also, this was one of the best food experiences I have ever had. The accomodation is situated near the mountain landscape and the nights are quiet and peaceful. I have gotten a great rest from the big city here. The hotel runs a restaurant in the first floor, which is quiet famous in the local area (for a good reason it is!). The dishes were amongst the best I have eaten in the country! You will enter the hotel through a tea and wineshop with a wonderful a**osphere.. The couple that runs the hotel is very kind, helpful and joyful. They gifted me tea and fruits for my further traveling and made me feel welcome during my stay. If I am ever back in Dengfeng, I will know where to go! Thank you for the great stay! :)

Very conveniently located two minutes drive from Zhengzhou Xinzheng airport, with a free shuttle service to the terminal. The front desk staff are very friendly, caring and polite, and they complete the registration formalities for foreign guests quickly and efficiently. The room was clean and quiet, and the hotel is nicely decorated and well looked after. A good option if you have an early or late flight from the airport, but also a good base if you want to visit Henan for a few days, as Xinzheng has excellent links to the rest of the province.

This is also rare in Xinxiang. The shower gel and moisturizer inside also have a herbal scent, which I'm pretty happy with. Sir, he doesn’t care about anything anyway. A very pleasant stay! Great location and convenient transportation. The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy, with complete facilities and comfortable bedding, making people feel more comfortable. The service staff are very enthusiastic and willing to provide all kinds of help, making people feel like home. There are many kinds of drinks available for free. The price/performance ratio is good, I will choose this hotel next time I come.

We had a great experience staying in the room type with two large beds and one bunker bed. We booked this room kinda expecting the bunker bed to excite our 4 and 7 yo and it definitely proved so. Room is clean, AC is great. The breakfast (made free with a trip.com promotion) is quite a treat. Even some might prefer hot coffee but honestly I cannot complain much with the offer of a hard boiled egg, two potstickers, one pcs of corn, millet congee, etc. The staffs are all responsive and ready to help with request like additional towels/bottled water/breakfast food. The owners had a friendly puppy called “fanfan”on site too. At the end of our trip one of the co-owners used his motorcycles to carry a heavy suitcase to the place we booked our taxi and as we can see they ride people to metro station as well. The location is just a short (maybe 100m) walk from the South Gate of Luoyi Ancient City. We took a night walking into Luoyi Ancient City from the north gate after eating dinner in one of the busiest places known for its street food and getting out of South Gate knowing the hotel is just minutes away. Would definitely recommend this one to others who want to stay near Luoyi Ancient City area.

I really enjoyed the large, non-smoking room I was given, and they even moved me to a quieter location overlooking the garden. When I checked in, they also gave me a protective sleeve for my card, which was very kind of them. Throughout my stay, I felt like I was given items I didn't know I needed or didn't expect, ex. slippers for the shower, a portable stand for my phone. So at one level, the service was amazing. However, at the same time, there were elements that felt a little off--when I asked for another bed cover, I was basically told by one of the staff that I didn't need it (?), and although on the whole the staff was very nice and polite, there were times when I felt slightly made light of. I wondered if it was in part because of my travelling solo as a woman. I'm thinking about what it means to present myself, if there's something more that needs to be done. Of course, respect is earned, but I'm just reflecting here. Otherwise, I enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and the location was rather convenient as well, just was a bit noisy before I was moved.

The hotel is located in Anshang town - very close to the ticket office, food street, bus station. From the 3rd floor balcony you can take full view of the mountain range and cable car line to Phoenix ridge. The staff don't speak much English but they are so kind and helpful. The only minus point is no elevator.

The younger brothers and sisters are very good. I originally planned to spend a day in Luoyang. I didn’t expect to have such good accommodation conditions. There are also people who are very good. When we came from Luoyang, we took a bus. After we arrived in Wuzhi, the driver asked us to transfer to another minibus for a few people in Yuntai Mountain. If we didn’t take the expressway, it would still take an hour. It was at least half an hour later than the original Luoyang bus station said. The B&B had to be Zhihou contacted the driver to pick us up and take us to the store. Thank you very much! The proprietress helped us with the guide. The two handsome guys and beauties in the store were both very nice and put themselves in the customer’s shoes! The dishes on the first day were delicious. Later I learned that it was cooked by the boss, and the porridge and vegetables in the morning were specially cooked. A very pleasant trip to Yuntai Mountain, as the last stop of the National Day holiday!
