I chose to stay at Wanda Smart Choice when traveling with my mother, especially the two beauties Zhang Xiaoyan and Zhang Yan when dining in the restaurant. They are beautiful and generous as their name suggests, and their kind care made my mother feel very warm and moved. Considering my mother's high blood sugar, Those who could not be eaten were specially told not to put them away, and the cucumbers and fruits were washed and given to us, so that we could feel the warmth of home. I'm afraid my experience wasn't the best. When arrived our room, the floor (carpet) was super dirty. We complained to reception and they sent a cleaning lady. She wasn't super happy to clean the floor but we waited patently. Once she finished we open the bed and saw some hairs. We called reception again. This time one of the hotel managers came to meet us. She apologized and decided to upgrade us to a nicer and bigger room for free. They still took over one hour to clean it to make sure it was in acceptable conditions. I'm not sure we were just unlucky or that is the normal standard in that hotel. In any case, the new room was good to stay and we were happy with their efforts. Breakfast is almost inexistent for foreigners and it finishes way too early: 8:30. Arriving twice at 8am, we could barely find food. Except for this location, is good (close to train station, close to hospital where you can do virus test, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan (North), close to some big green areas (pine forests) where you can have enjoyable walks in the morning or after dinner. As a conclusion, if I may give some constructive feedback to hotel manager: - please consistently and thoroughly clean your rooms when guests leave; - extended breakfast time to at least 9:30; - include more variety in the breakfast and make sure quantities are at decent level by 8:00.

The housekeeper Yingzi contacted us in advance and added WeChat before check-in to inform us of the airport bus time and various questions. She responded quickly to any questions and informed us of the weather forecast and the opening of Tianchi in the morning. It was just that the time was a bit tight, and I stayed for one day, which was a bit regretful! The room heating was very comfortable, clean and tidy. There was a laundry room downstairs for drying, which was very convenient. The hotel has a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. Whether it is to go to the commercial street or skiing, it only takes a few steps to walk. The surrounding environment is quiet and the air is fresh, which is very suitable for vacation travel. It is worth recommending! I will choose this place again on the return trip!

Had yet another fab experience at this great hotel! As always, this hotel offers a great escape from the city; with fab gardens, excellent food, and an endless array of activities to keep everyone happy. Beautifully appointed rooms with enormous beds and marbled bathrooms and lush toiletries. The staff here are so courteous and helpful-impeccable service. Throughout the entire facility you are greeted and guided around. A special mention goes to young Fairy for all her efforts; from check in through to check out. Our every wish was accommodated, even when I requested for a birthday cake (to surprise my friend) Fairy organised it and it was freshly prepared and delivered to the lounge, accompanied with fresh fruit! Wow! Thank you Fairy for all your hard work! This is my All time favourite now. Thank you all for looking after us so well!

My family enjoyed a wonderful trip here. The hotel provide superior service for us, especially for our kids. Their butler service is also exceptional, made us having a smooth trip, even the bad weather condition cause the park closed, they still provide many activities for us to keep our kids happy all the time. The hot spring here comes with plenty choices, good for both little ones and adults. Came to Changbai Mountain for the New Year and stayed for five days. This was actually my second time staying here. The first time I left in a hurry due to the epidemic. This time I just wanted to have fun. I like the decoration style of this hotel. It's very warm. The bedding is very clean. The aunties and the ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic. The two dogs are so cute. Every night we go to the snow next to play with fireworks, which makes the children from the south very happy. I may choose this place again if I come to play again👍

The service is really amazing. The Legend MVP high-speed rail station pick-up and drop-off, there is a butler service as soon as you come in, and we are greeted by Chen Yuanyuan, Sister Chen. The hotel upgraded our room for free, Sister Chen personally took us to the room, and also gave us a set of bath and skin care products and a warm baby, and also gave us a guide to the nearby hotels. It was really great. The hotel facilities are advanced and complete, and the hot spring has multiple indoor and outdoor pools. The breakfast variety is very rich and tastes very good.
