Walking distance to shopping malls, pedestrian shopping streets, and the west lake. 7/11, restaurants beside the hotel. Buffet breakfast included, well worth it at 59yuan because of the numerous selections. Also had buffet seafood dinner that has unlimited famous hairy crab, a wide selection of food at 150 yuan only, shockingly cheap. Enjoyed taking videos of the robot delivering our food ordered from outside the hotel also picture attached

The hotel room is clean and spacious. Hotel staff are friendly and provide good service. This is my first time travel to China, and this is the first hotel I had stayed in China. I’m impressed with this experience.

The room is very spacious, and with free mini bar too. The hotel staff is very friendly. When you order for food delivery, the cute hotel robot will send it to your room. The location is not too bad. Need to walk a bit to reach the nearest subway station. The breakfast standard , has fruits , chinese cuisines and western ham and eggs.

We love the hotel. The staff were very helpful when we asked for a little extension. They helped us with the baggage storage before we went to the airport. The lake and city view from our hotel room was stunning! There was even 2 a chairs for us to sit and admire the beautiful view. Breakfast was good too!

They discussed and share their thoughts regarding our travel routes and even gave us a Hangzhou map for us to refer to 👍🏻 the room is comfy and they have electronic curtains . Btw nice good smell shampoo in their bathroom too. Moreover, they even provide good brand coffee in their hotel rooms which customers can make their own coffee ☺️ andd is strategic location , just ten minutes walk to Hangzhou 西湖🥰

I booked last minute but I was so so lucky to book this hotel. The staff were all so nice and friendly, even they cannot speak English but they were always willing to help me anytime. The location is super good, just 5 steps to the town. The room is nice, they even get the water purifier machine - which I was so suprised. The smell like tea too. Very cosy and friendly - it's 100% worth for the price. I definitely book again for my next trip

Recommend! Convenient location, within walking distance there is everything you need (shops, cafes, shopping center, etc.). The family (2 adults, 2 children, 7 and 3 years old) chose a Deluxe room with an impressive view of the river (two beds). Breakfast is at a good level (surcharge 64 yuan for a child from 6-10 years old). The pool is open until 23:00 (there is a sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi), the games child room is open also until 23:00.

The early communication with the front office manager, ********* girl Zixuan, was pleasant and warm. From the first day when we drove to the hotel gate, every staff member remembered my name. Entering the hotel lobby, we were greeted by our duty manager GarySun, who had prepared a bouquet of white roses and my favorite lotus bouquet and arranged everything. Guest relations Miss Lulu took us to the room. The luggage had been placed on the luggage rack... The room was in the style of the old money, and it was well maintained. The inner and outer terraces were bright and full of green. In the evening, the lotus pond was moonlit. It was quiet and beautiful. The disinfection was in place and there was not a single mosquito. I admire it! Mr. Bob and Miss Penny, the manager of the Black Pearl Sands Hall, wrote handwritten greeting cards, and I liked the small gifts very much. The table layout and hand-painted cartoon patterns are very pleasing. The food at Black Pearl has also been praised by my gourmet husband. Semi-buffet breakfast, like avocado Benedict eggs. Freshly steamed dumplings and osmanthus cakes in the Sands Hall. Freshly fried spring rolls. Pianerchuan, delicious! Caviar snacks are sweet and delicious, and the aftertaste is endless... Room delivery is not only full of ceremony but also first-class taste. Miss Judith's professional delivery service is also perfect. Thank you for giving us such a complete dining experience. Although there are some minor episodes in the few days of stay experience. However, the flaws do not outweigh the merits. Hangzhou West Lake Four Seasons is worthy of being ranked in the 2024 Global Luxury Hotel 100. It is worth staying and experiencing!!

Quick and easy check in with English. Staff outside of reception area will not be able to communicate in English. Rooms are quite clean and well designed. Location is within an area of resorts next to Xixi wetland

Midnight when I was removing my face makeup I saw a white dress lady with black long hair reflection from the toilet door straight to the mirror I’m standing. I wasn’t realized until the reflection gone after 1min and its back to my own with tied blonde hair and black top. Omg scared me so much until I can’t sleep.

Park Hyatt Hangzhou definitely will be the next hotel to stay for my next business and personal trips to Hangzhou again due to its super good location, great service, fantastic hotel design, amazing hotel environment and satisfied hotel cleanliness. The Hangzhou MIXC Complex is just located at the same location as the hotel and so it is super convenient for our shopping. Definitely it is a GOOD choice!

The store owner had a very good service attitude. He upgraded the room type for free and gave me a box of sister-in-law cakes. My suitcase was heavy, and he took the initiative to help me carry it to the room. He provided two bottles of Master Kong mineral water, and he took the initiative to say that if it was not enough, he could get more from them for free. The store owner also recommended nearby restaurants, and we also went to eat there. The food and service were pretty good. In general, I think the price-performance ratio is very good and worth recommending. A small suggestion is that the bathroom hygiene can be improved. After taking a shower, the floor is slippery. If you wear the disposable slippers provided, it is easy to slip.

There are koi in the pond, which is very big and has been there for several years. You can ask the front desk for fish food. The room is very clean and the air conditioning is OK. I didn't expect there are mosquitoes in December. The customer service is very good and they will send me a guide as a reference. It's good.

The homestead location is just perfect for both attractions, Donhzha and Xizha. Both are within walking distance. In addition, there are many restaurants and convenient shops you can choose from at the main road which is just few steps away. The environment is nice and quiet despite the location is near to the shopping road. The front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. Provide any tourist information as required. The room standard will not disappoint you.

Very good hotel. It's not far from the other hotels. Basically all hotel located at the same street. Just 1km away from the wuzhen tourist attraction point. The owner is very helpful and kind. Since we are foreigners, we couldnt order the chuan chuan sticks and taxi, the owner helped us to place order. Place is super clean, hygienic and quiet. Suitable for relaxing and revitalizing oneself. Overall I am satisfied and highly recommend this place. Thank you for the welcome dumpling. Wish you happy and prosperous

The location is excellent, only 350 meters away from the Xizha entrance. It can be said to be one of the B&B hotels closest to the attractions. There is free parking. There is an elevator in the store🛗, and the store service is very good. He also taught us how to visit Xizha Scenic Area and avoid pitfalls. It’s super convenient to order takeout outside the scenic area and there are many store options around.

Super good! This is a homestay that suits my taste very well, so I am willing to take the time to leave my experience of staying here, hoping to provide a real reference for future friends! The more friendly things are: 1. The location where I live is only 6 minutes away from the scenic area. It is very pleasant to walk back along the road after dinner in the evening; 2. The housekeeper also helped with the parking problem that I am most concerned about, which is very worry-free; 3. The homestay is very artistic, the housekeeper service is in place, and it is very safe to stay. The children also had a lot of fun in the amusement park of the homestay. Yinhe Sanju is a homestay worth experiencing. I will come again if I have the chance. A very pleasant journey is over! Thank you for meeting~

Haoshe Inn (or HouseInn) is a nice and clean hotel. The manager Jiao is super nice and very helpful. The hotel has a perfect location in relation to Xitang Ancient Town. It is far enough from the noisy bar-booming area to be quiet and tranquil, yet there’s only 30 meters to the scenic area. You are, in fact, already in the scenic area when you are at this hotel. Naturally, it is not a luxury hotel but it is extremely good value for money. My room didn’t have a view but there was a window and a well-working aircondtioner. I strongly recommend this hotel. I’m backpacking alone and this was just what I needed.

Hotel is located near to Dongzha (east gate) however it is not too far from Xizha (Westgate). The most scenic place in Xizha is approximately 2km away from this hotel. The hotel room is pretty clean and their receptionist are friendly. Upon check in, they gave us complimentary fruits and some amenities like toothbrush and slipper. Breakfast is a buffet style and pretty decent. We visited on November, the temperature is about 16 degree celcius outdoor, so hotel indoor including the room are releasing warm air. Called receptionist to check why our room is so hot, she told me that all the room is releasing warm air during winter. Overall is a pleasant stay!

We booked a hammock room on the second floor. The room was quite big and comfortable to live in. The kids liked it very much. The room on the third floor that my friend booked was also good. There was a small space with ocean ball toys for the kids to play with. The rooms in this B&B are quite big and suitable for bringing kids. The swimming pool is also a real swimming pool, not just a paddling pool for taking photos. It is within a 10-minute walk from the Xizha Scenic Area. The only suggestion I want to make is that the breakfast can be improved. Most B&Bs have beautiful nine-square breakfasts, which are rich and beautiful and kids like them very much. This breakfast is relatively simple.
