I renewed my reservation. It is very close to Chongqing West Railway Station, 3.4 km away, and 1 km away from the three subway stations of Shangqiao, Fengxi, and Fengmingshan. It is 4.5 km away from Shapingba District Railway Station. The hotel is in the community, with teahouses, hot pot restaurants, rice noodles, pork trotter rice, Internet cafes, supermarkets, and milk tea shops. The hotel is clean, large, and affordable, with thoughtful service and the boss is easy to talk to. It is available on call. All requests can be met. Washing machines, clothes drying racks, wardrobes, sofas, and cooking areas are all available. Cainiao and ** shopping points are all very close, all in the community. I will book again in Chongqing in the future.

Great location, one of the few hostels in the CBD so quite central; ＜10mins walk to the metro 15mins to Jiefengbei. The owner is very kind and helpful. Social/communal area is nice, plus there's a little rooftop where you can hang laundry. Good wifi in all areas. Bathrooms are fine, the bed was hard but comfortable enough. Only issue is that there's no doors between rooms (only curtains) and no lockers, so it isn't the most secure, however I still felt pretty safe. Overall very good value and a nice stay.

It's on the 30th floor of a tower apartment building right next to Hongyadong Cave. The view is as spectacular as the photos show. The living room is spacious and comes with a mahjong table. There are four clean bedrooms and two toilets and shower rooms, making this the best place to stay. Of course, there are plenty of hotpot restaurants nearby, which is convenient. The manager's response was quick and I think this is the best place to stay. I highly recommend it.

Great location with a walkable distance to center and somewhat close to metro station. I had a great view from the room towards south (river) and the room was overall decent. I thought there would be washing machine but apparently some rooms have it and some don’t, though it wasn’t an issue for me. The room has a fridge too to keep your drinks cold. 😁 Front desk is located in the fifth floor, they were polite and helpful when I wanted to store my luggage after my stay.

I really enjoy and comfortable during stay in the hotel. the river view is amazing. the location is great and quite. You can go to square around 10 minutes. The room also aesthetical and have machine wash and dryer, iron. it's feels like home. The staff can speak English, thank you for helping me while I stay at your hotel. Good points: Excellent location. Extremely great value for money, especially for solo travellers. Good privacy and view. Room is large for 1 person hence it’s very worth booking for a solo traveller. Staff here are friendly and extremely helpful, thumbs up to them. Appreciate the good service. Interesting that the building itself is actually a high rise apartment building, with multiple different hotels , and other establishments such as massage spas and even restaurants renting out units within it. Negative feedback: Room is quite old and grubby. Hairs sticking out from hairdryer, mirror in the bathroom has frayed wood and window has large smudges with dirty glass. Had to change room from L13 to L26 because of water leakage down to L12. Had a room upgrade, however the new room on L26 had a faulty hot water heating system (had no issue with this on L13). The building is beautiful on the outside, but old infrastructure on the inside. Doesn’t make sense that the main elevator can only go up to L25, had to take the emergency exit elevator to L26. Overall, I’m still quite impressed with the hotel for good value for money (paid about 100 yuan a night for 5 nights). I would come back here again as a solo traveller. However, I would not come here with my family/ partner.

Three stops away from the airport on line 3 (dark blue), this cute little apartment is suited perfectly for a day or two in the area. The building complex is conveniently situated right next to Huaxing subway stop, exit 1. The building is called 'Huakai Youth City', but it's not a youth hostel specifically. It's a regular apartment building with families and people of all ages living there, so don't think you're screened off staying there on account of age. The apartment itself is very clean with freshly laundered bedding and a small balcony that looks out onto the tree-lined street. A small kitchen has a couple of basics to supplement groceries bought. There is a supermarket directly under the apartment complex that could supplement any/all that you're missing. There are also a bunch of other amenities in the area including multiple pharmacies and a shopping mall. The caretaker was very sweet and took a bunch of time out of his day to escort me personally down to the police station to register my passport in the area. Waited with me, accompanied me through the whole process and then took me all the way back. This would only apply if you're a foreigner. The language barrier isn't an issue if you have a translation app set up or you could just add the person on Wechat and message translate.
