Rail strikes are to cause widespread disruption for travellers this month with 13 operators affected on the national network.
Eurostar services are not set to be involved in the strikes, as it stands. However, many passengers who had planned to travel into London via rail to catch a Eurostar train to the continent will struggle to do.
A one-day Tube strike has also been pencilled in for 21 June to coincide with the walkout by some 50,000 railway workers.
The National Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers (RMT) says this is the biggest outbreak of industrial action in the industry for a generation.
Union members voted overwhelmingly for action last month in a disputes over pay and job losses.
