We improve its circuit design which can avoid the mistrigger on the oscilloscope display to get a serious of true data messages. At the same time, it supplies the timer control. [en] This article introduces a radiation detection system for architectural materials based FPGA designed.

[en] The construction of a two-dimensional position sensitive X-ray detector was reported. The detector is based on MWPC, has a sensitive area of 200 x 200 mm², and with center of gravity method to get X-ray position. By preliminary test the position resolution (fwhm) is better than 0.4 mm. (authors)

[en] The function of ultrasonic measuring distance is used in the nuclear radiac. A improved nuclear radiac with ultrasonic measuring distance has been developed. Using LED indicator light and buzzer, this instrument can give an alarm when the distance between flyblown target and the nuclear radiac is wrong. At the same time, this instrument can correct the metrical data also. The experiment result indicate that the improved nuclear radiac can reduce the operational complexity.
