AbstractAbstract
[en] Series of experimental schemes is designed in order to testify the state and stability of Re(O) complex and the likelihood of Re(O)(OA)2 which could is created in the course of the reduce of ReO4- using oxalic acid as a promoting reagent. The interaction between the Re(O) complexes and biomolecule is experimented and analyzed concisely, elementarily and qualitatively by the Uv-vis spectrum of parts of these Re(O) complexes reacting with BSA, β-CD, PVP, so as to obtain the information and theory basis of several bifunctional coupling agents such as APPA, and also analyze and calculate the coupling mode and some property of Re(O) complexes. AbstractAbstract
[en] In view of its significance for isotopes separation by chemical exchange reaction, the effects operation policy on start-up time was mathematically simulated by use of simulink, and a general mathematical model was proposed. The comparison between the simulation values of dynamic model and the experimental data had been carried out. It was found that the experiment results accorded with the simulation's. The operation policy were finally optimized by using the proposed model. Compared with others, the operation policy of different vapor flow rate without product was suitable for high purity boron isotopes separation by chemical exchange reaction production. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] In the boron isotope separation process, due to boron trifluoride special physical and chemical properties, the water of the whole system must be controlled, to obtain the better result. Then the water in the system is mainly introduced by complexing agents, and to make use of the stripping principle, the mathematical model to in complexing agent micro moisture removing was established, and carried on the solution using matlab to this model. The influence of temperature, stripping volume, operating pressure and theoretical plate number to the effects of dehydration were investigated. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Nuclear oncology, combining molecular biology with modern radionuclide tracing technique, is a novel branch applied in tumor diagnosis and target therapy in nuclear medicine. With the help of radionuclide tracing technique, tumors can be evaluated at a molecular level in different aspects, such as blood flow, metabolism, gene expression, receptor density, receptor function, cell signal transduction, and biochemical changes. Nuclear oncology provides much molecular information in early diagnosis, effective therapy, and basic studies on tumor. As one of the most advance and popular subjects in worldwide medical researches, nuclear oncology is aimed by modern molecular medicine nowadays. (author)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Objective: To study the therapies and clinical effect of different types of cutaneous angioma. Methods We used different therapies to treat the cutaneous angioma, such as 32P colloid and peplomycin injection, 32P and 90Sr application, low power laser photocoagulation. Results: By the types of angioma, there was a higher recovery rate of strawberry hemangioma which was 98.1%, and the recovery rates of mixed type and cavernous angioma was 78.5% and 85.9%, respectively. Conclusions: Combined the therapies such as injection of 32P colloid or peplomycin, 32P or 90Sr application, low power laser photocoagulation, we overcame the insufficient of the common thrapies, which made the treatment safe, effective, low pain, convenient and cheap, and no toxic or side-effect was found, so there was a better cosmetic result. AbstractAbstract
[en] Lyophilized kit of DTPA-LSA was developed for instant preparing of 99mTc-DTPA-LSA for hepatic imaging. Technetium labeling yields in excess of 93% evaluated by ITCL and radio-HPLC. In vivo biodistribution showed that 99mTc-DTPA-LSA had high initial liver uptake with good retention. The liver accumulated 96%ID/g at 5 min after injection. The hepatic uptake of 99mTc-DTPA-LSA was blocked by preinjecting free NGA as blocking agent. The liver accumulated reduced to 23%ID/g at 5 min p.i after blocking. The result indicates that 99mTc-DTPA-LSA has specific binding to ASGP receptor. The biodistribution of 99mTc-DTPA-LSA in mice was similar to that of 99mTc-GSA. The DTPA-LSA kit is reliable and instant, and easy to preparation compared with the commonly used GSA kit. DTPA-LSA kit is suitable for large-scale production and might become a substitute product for GSA kit. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] In order to explore probes for Aβ(1-40), Re(CO)3+-flavone derivative has been prepared and in vitro binding research showed Re(CO)3+-flavone derivative bond to Aβ(1-40) plaques with high affinity (0.65 nM) via fluorescence, then 99mTc(CO)3+-flavone derivative was prepared with high labeling yield of more than 99%. Biodistribution in normal mice demonstrated that uptake of 99mTc(CO)3+-flavone in brain was moderate (2 min,ID/g %: 0.42±0.13), and the clearance in brain was fast (2 min, ID/g %: 0.11±0.03), the results showed 99mTc(CO)3+-flavone should be a candidate as novel detector of Aβ(1-40) plaques.
