[en] According to main quality assurance (QA) working procedure and in combination with characteristics of nuclear safety equipment manufacture, responsibilities and authorities of QA department in nuclear safety equipment manufacturing are analyzed. Responsibilities of QA department are discussed in detail, and suggestions are given on practice of responsibilities how to satisfy nuclear safety code HAF 003 requirements. (authors)

[en] One of the main methods for detection of clandestine nuclear explosions is a radionuclide method based on the Xe radionuclides monitoring in atmospheric air. The result of radionuclides monitoring depend on many factors such as different source, different releasing radionuclides, different atmospheric factors and so on. The paper introduces significant technologies exsting in every process of radionuclides monitoring in detail. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] In this paper, the modeling and simulation research of the third loop system of CEFR using the GSE company's graphic modeling tools Jtopmeret is introduced firstly. According to the characteristics of the small water volume and the wake capability of saving heat, uncertainty and non-liner of the mathematics model, and hard to control of the exit steam pressure when load changed or disturbed, the immune control method is introduced. Based on the Sigmoid non-linear model by gradient search method and hill function. The simulation results in once-through steam generator pressure control show that the controller has small overshoot and shorter steady time. (authors)

[en] Single electron beam can check composite materials in some cases, single-side coated surface layer and cover thickness, and the material density. This paper discusses as the accelerated electron beam penetrating radiation, used to solve the characteristics of nondestructive inspection problem, points out the advantages and disadvantages of various detectors using electronic testing methods, discusses the electronic detection method is superior to the other nondestructive inspection method. [en] A energy compensation detector for online pulsed gamma dose measurement is designed and developed. In this paper, the energy response function of the Si-PIN detector is simulated by MC method, and the results are compared with the experiments. It is showed that the doses measured by the energy compensation detector are well accorded with those by the TDL with the uncertainty ±5%. This energy compensation detector offers a new approach for online measurement of single pulsed gamma radiation dose. (authors)

[en] As a critical device in the course of steel plate and strip production automation and quality control, the crown on-line measuring system introduced in this paper is placed at the exit of finish rolling in hot strip mills, so as to measure the on-line crown of hot rolled steel strip, which is then fed back to the rolling machine to adjust the plate shape. This paper describes a system for measuring on-line crown of plate and strip that is developed by Tsinghua University independently (shortened as a profile gauge), and introduces performance indicators and technical features of the system first. And then this paper describes meanings and measuring principles of important parameters, and illustrates calculation course of data that a user cares and that need to be displayed online. (authors)

[en] Inter-well tracer test is one of the most direct and effective means to evaluate oil reservoirs. It has become one of conventional test methods in the late development of oil field. Injection four different tracers in the test area of Jianghan Oilfield, monitoring lasted for nearly 200 days and analyzing nearly a thousand samples. We know the connectivity between wells. Through the inter-well tracer software, obtained a series of related patterns and parameters, provided the basis for understanding the formation conditions. (authors)

[en] Irradiation quarantine was mainly used on food and fruit for sterilization to be qualified for import. Irradiation parameters were formulated based on the bacterial content and other factors. The goods usually have short shelf-life and with the time growing, the bacterial content is increasing. Therefore reducing the residence time of the goods in the factory and further reducing the difficulty of processing are significantly important. Because irradiation industry has special requirement for safety, how to guarantee the safety of the stuff, and irradiation dose precision are also need to pay attention to while optimizing logistics. [en] Electronic accelerator was applied to instead of cobalt sources for food irradiation, to keep food quality and to improve the effect of the treatment. Appropriate accelerator parameters lead to optimal technique. The irradiation effect is associated with the relationship between uniformity and irradiating speed, the effect of cargo size on radiation penetration, as well as other factors that affect the irradiation effects. Industrialization of electron accelerator irradiation will be looked to the future. (authors)
