[en] Based on researches into NUREG/CR 6850 of fire ignition frequency methodology and some other reports related with NFPA 805 Frequently Asked Questions, key steps such as primary analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are discussed in this paper, illustrating the FAQ affective of nuclear power plant FPSA core damage frequency and general conclusion. [en] Safety is one of the most important concerns in the design and operation of NPPs. The main function of a Reactor Protection System (RPS) is to safely shutdown the reactor and prevents the release of radioactive materials. To defend the unprotected transient accidents which can significantly challenge Sodium Fast Reactors (SFRs), a highly reliable RPS is required. This paper summarizes some RPSs of internationally representative SFRs. It also lists the prospects and difficulties of digital RPS development and proposes some forecasts and recommendations as well. (authors)

[en] In the stage of startup and shutdown in NPP overhaul, there are many operations such as large scale of system isolation and disisolation, system lineup and equipment re-service. The time is tight and there is high risk of human error in this stage. This paper introduces various types of operation human errors in NPP overhaul and analyse the root cause of these errors. Through the analysis of these errors, this paper proposed the methods of reducing operation human errors in NPP overhaul. (authors)

[en] Based on China fast reactor development program, China demonstration fast reactor (CDFR) would be the next target after China experimental fast reactor was built and incorporated in power network. Many factors should be considered about the choice of steam circulation in demonstration fast reactor plant. Steam circulation is important to the plant economical efficiency and dependability. Therefore, the analysis and argumentation of the choice of steam circulation is necessary for the design of intermediate heat transport system. In this paper,both the advantages and disadvantages was discussed of many steam circulations and the recommendable steam circulation was given. (authors)

[en] The quality test of main parts of dedicated devices is conducted based on the quality control theory and through MINITAB software. Based on quality control theory, the analysis is applied to test the quality of lower magnetic inductive ring. on the other hand, taccording to the analysis, MINITAB software draws cause-effect diagram, arrange map, X-R chart, and processing analysis chart to further analysis the quality and offers suggestions for improvement. Therefore, new assumptions of the production process would be able to put forward based on three aspects-human, machine, and environment. In addition, this article also talks about the features of MINITAB software and the application of its simple efficient data processing function in the real production process. (authors)

[en] Helium circulator is one of the key equipment of High Temperature gas cooled Reactor-Pebble-bed Module (HTR-PM). This paper introduces the development status of helium circulator at home and abroad, and makes detailed description about the design conception of helium circulator from general structure, performance parameter, circulator shell, main components etc. Technical advantages of helium circulator are summarized, and difficulties in design and manufacture are analysized. Cosindering all kind of accidents at different degrees, delivery test and pre-service test should be conducted strictly to show that helium circulator meets the requirement of operation for HTR-PM.
