AbstractAbstract
[en] Paper describes the basic concept of nuclear power plant fitness for duty, analyzed the importance of nuclear power plant fitness for duty, its range of application. Its role and value in nuclear power plant safety management and human factor performance enhancement. Comparative analysis of evaluation policies, methods and management procedures on fitness for duty adopted by American NPPs. Identify gaps in fitness for duty evaluation and management positions between Chinese NPPs and overseas counterparts. Eventually recommendations for improvement are proposed for the reference of domestic nuclear power managers. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] This paper describes the transformation from single project management to multi-project matrix management in Fast reactor institute of research and design. The multi-project management institutional system was established appropriate system by introducing and internalizing multi-project management method based on Integrated Product Development (IPD). Through continuous exploration and practice of process analysis, project planning and performance appraisal project management level has been significantly improved, and this provides a solid foundation for the management information application. AbstractAbstract
[en] Both NPP and High-speed Rail have become China's diplomatic card since 2014. Learn from successful experience of foreign enterprises is very important for the implementation of 'going out' strategy of Chinese nuclear power industry. This paper Based on an experience study of the Russian nuclear project in Turkey, this paper will focus on the question and challenges of international nuclear market especially the new emergent countries, due to the important scale of investment, the long construction period and long operation cycle, international nuclear security supervision, lifecycle management features, etc. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] In order to solve the problems in the current social stability risk evaluation of nuclear power projects, this paper proposes the application of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) to calculate the index weights and the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk degrees of different indexes. Then it establishes the FAHP comprehensive method by combining the respective merits of the two methods, and applies it in social stability risk assessment of nuclear power projects. Finally, a practical case is given to prove that the method has good practicability. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] In the nuclear power companies to build a standardized model contract system is to implement the policy of enterprises according to law, the central enterprises to realize the legal work of the new three-year goal to strengthen the standardization strategy, effective measures to prevent legal risks. Many domestic and foreign companies have established a series of large-scale model contract system, but nuclear power companies have not yet released a standardized model contracts. Management of nuclear power companies by analyzing the current contract, the contract needs of different stages of nuclear power projects, covering nuclear pre-project proposal of building, construction in the model list of contracts needed to run power plants. Through the establishment and development working group to determine the workflow, clear structure model contract terms set, writing specifications and other requirements, complete follow unified standards in the preparation of model contracts for nuclear power, nuclear power and gradually built up a model contract system and promote the use of practice continued rich text model contract types, so the model contract to create greater value for the nuclear power companies.
