AbstractAbstract
[en] We present latest preliminary results on hard color-singlet exchange in proton-antiproton collisions. The fraction of dijet events produced via color-singlet exchange is measured as a function of jet transverse energy, dijet pseudorapidity separation, and proton-antiproton center-of-mass energy. These results are qualitatively consistent with a color-singlet fraction that increases with increasing quark-initiated processes

[en] The one jet inclusive jet cross section, dσ/dET is discussed emphasizing the concept of infrared safety and the cone definition of jets. Then the size of power corrections to the jet cross section are estimated which become important at smaller values of ET. (author)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The authors determine the effective inelastic p(bar p) cross-section into the D0 Luminosity Monitor for all run periods prior to September 2004. This number is used to relate the measured inelastic collision rate to the delivered luminosity. The key ingredients are the inelastic p(bar p) cross-section, the Luminosity Monitor efficiency, and the modeling of kinematic distributions for various inelastic processes used to determine the detector acceptance. The resulting value is σpbarp, eff = 46 ± 3 mb

AbstractAbstract
[en] Inclusive jet cross section and di-jet angular distribution results from the CDF and D0 collaborations are presented. The possibility that compositeness might be evident at high transverse energies is explored by both experiments. Using the angular distributions, the CDF analysis excludes at the 95% CL regions with Λ+ ≤ 1.8 TeV and Λ- ≤ 1.6 TeV for a model where all quarks are allowed to be composite objects. The D0 preliminary result excludes at the 95% CL regions with Λ+ ≤ 2.0 TeV for the same model. (author)

AbstractAbstract
[en] At PANDA(FAIR) proton time-like form factors measurements are foreseen. In this work, following detailed simulations, we study the sensitivity to possible two photon exchange contributions in the annihilation process p-bar + p → e+ + e-, through the induced asymmetry in the angular distribution. Asymmetries related to systematic errors are also investigated. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] D0 has calculated the luminosity monitor constant for √s= 630 GeV. The inelastic p anti p cross section was interpolated between measurements performed at √s = 546 and 1800 GeV. The geometric acceptance, hardware efficiency, and luminosity-dependent corrections are similar to those previously published for the full Tevatron energy. We find a luminosity-weighted value of σL0 = 34.04 ± 1.05 mb, yielding a precision of ± 3.08%
