AbstractAbstract
[en] The research of solution of rare earth hydroxide product of xenotime sand in HCl have been done. Yttrium hydroxide was the most content in the rare earth hydroxide product of xenotime sand The purpose of this research for determination of rate constant of solution reaction Yttrium hydroxide in HCl. The parameters was observed were temperature of reaction and concentration of Y (Y_0) in the rare earth hydroxide product of xenotime sand as feed. From the data reaction of reaction time and concentration of Y in HCl (Y) at the variation temperature and (Y_0) can be concluded that the rate constant of reaction was influenced by temperature of reaction and concentration of reactant. The all solution reaction of yttrium hydroxide in HCl was the second order reaction. The relation the second rate constant with temperature (1/T) as exponential function so the Arrhenius equation become k = 0,8954e"-"8"7"","7"6"5"8"/"R"T and can be expressed as linear function. - ln k = (1055.6/T) + 2.6088 with the linearity factor or correlation coefficient = 0.8954 From the calculation was obtained the value of activation energy 87.762584 kcal/mol."0K. The reaction of the second rate constant with (Y_0) as polynomial function k = -4.10"-"5(Y)"2 + 0.0032 (Y) - 0.0194 with correlation coefficient = A = 0.9807. (author)

[en] The sodium zirconate leaching reactor by chloride acid 6 N solution as continuos single function tested has done. leaching reactor as a tool for production of zircon solution (ZrOCl_2) was engineered by Center for Accelerator Science and Technology. This equipment was tested of the performance to obtain optimal results and traceable. Testing has began on the calibration the device support process as motor of impeller, motor of screw feeder and pump of reactant. The result of testing showed that the continuous leaching process can be operated as well, on the conditions process at Na_2ZrO_3 discharge 1.5 g/min and HCl 10.5 mL/minute by stirring speed 200 rpm obtainable of the recovery process were 63.84 %. [en] Macro and microanalysis of Inconel 718 has been carried out. For analyzing that fillet weld was used Lepito number II etchant to make up 50 cc HNO3, 50-cc acetic acid and 75 cc HCI solutions. The Inconel 718 filled weld swept by the etchant solution during several seconds until the rain macro structure appeared to analyze the size and form of fillet weld. Furthermore the fillet weld analyzed under with the magnification until 100 x . The code or standard has been used are AWS 0.1.1. ASME Section III, and other standards. The analysis results are the macro structure of filled weld is met the requirements, and the microstructure appeared the inter dendritic segregation. In other words that Inconel 718 fillet weld has inhomogeneous distribution of alloying elements, then its strength would be decrease
