AbstractAbstract
[en] The peculiarities of turbulence in a collisionless plasma are briefly examined. The turbulence excited by an ion beam of velocity close to the ion acoustic speed, is experimentally observed. Observations are made of the fluctuating potential space and time correlation functions, and of the velocity probability distribution. Each of these measurements shows a strong pseudoheating for particles moving with a velocity close to the ion acoustic waves speed, due to the turbulence

AbstractAbstract
[en] A new non-ideal electromagnetic interpretation of the J–S type viscoelastic model for polymeric fluids is given and a generalized resisto-elastic magnetohydrodynamic scenario for collisionless plasmas is proposed. The influence of the new theory on the incompressible transverse Alfvén waves is thoroughly investigated. - Highlights: • A non-ideal electromagnetic interpretation of the J–S type viscoelasticity is shown. • A generalized resisto-elastic magneto-hydrodynamic scenario for collision-less plasmas is proposed. • The shear-type magnetic waves are investigated

AbstractAbstract
[en] This article is devoted to collisionless plasma particle motion in a coaxial railgun bore. Numerical modeling results showed that 2 types of motion can be realized in this system. Plasma particle parameters such as mass and charge were rationalized according to the types of motion and their roles in throwing body acceleration. The most effective parameters of the whole system were obtained. (paper)
