AbstractAbstract
[en] Spontaneous electric polarization in sample of water and other gases solidified in the temperature range (20/100)K was observed. A close connection between the effect and the solid structure is invoked to explain the main features of the experimental curves. The results relative to H2O are reported and discussed in details

AbstractAbstract
[en] Technological and simple design of cryostat with cryosorption pumping-out of 3He vapors is described. Cryostat is designed for investigation of electrophysical properties of metastable samples within 0.35-77 K temperature range and enables to transport sample, cooled in liquid nitrogen, to the low-temperature chamber during ∼ 1 s

AbstractAbstract
[en] The local jump diffusion of trapped H in two Nb(OH)x sampling was investigated between 10 and 160 K by neutron spectroscopy. The jump rates vary by less than a factor of 7. Below ∼ 70 K, they exhibit Kondo's T2K-1 temperature power law for a diffusion process that is controlled by nonadiabatic coupling to conduction electrons. Above ∼ 70 K, the diffusion is dominated by the interaction with phonons

AbstractAbstract
[en] μ+SR measurements are reported for Cu and Al over the temperature range from 19K to just below the melting points, together with measurements on V and Ta from 19K to 295K. Al had a much lower depolarisation rate than Cu suggesting that positive muons are not localised in Al at low temperature as in Cu. Depolarisation was absent in Al and Cu at high temperature. V shows a similar depolarisation magnitude as Cu, but with different temperature behaviour. Ta appears to behave like Al. (Auth.)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Level gauge for liquid helium, which can be used as a level indicator and a gauge of limit level is described. An accuracy of the liquid level measurement is equal to +-1 mm. At constant feed, the gauge reaction on its passage from liquid helium into the gaseous one is equal to 0.2 s. Maximum electric imput power of the device produced on the PEhS-10 relay basis, operating under the regime of a low level gauge, does not exceed 0.11 W. Reading of the level gauge do not depend on steam pressure over the liquid surface
