AbstractAbstract
[en] A modeling and simulation methodology was proposed in order to implement the dynamic material flow of the pyroprocess. Since the static mass balance provides the limited information on the material flow, it is hard to predict dynamic behavior according to event. Therefore, a discrete event system (DES)-based model named, PyroFlow, was developed at the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI). PyroFlow is able to calculate dynamic mass balance and also show various dynamic operational results in real time. By using PyroFlow, it is easy to rapidly predict unforeseeable results, such as throughput in unit process, accumulated product in buffer and operation status. As preliminary simulations, bottleneck analyses in the pyroprocess were carried out and consequently it was presented that operation strategy had influence on the productivity of the pyroprocess.

AbstractAbstract
[en] In the fields of display, optics, and energy, it is important to improve micropattern-machining technology for achieving small patterns, large surface areas, and low cost. Unlike flat molds, roll molds have the following advantages: they can be manufactured within a short time, larger surface areas can be obtained, and continuous molding can be achieved. In this study, we aim to investigate the causes for errors in the shapes for a micropattern-machining process, and we show that by compensating the dynamic balance of roll molds, the dimensional accuracy of machined parts can be improved. The experimental results show that dynamic-balance compensation for a roll mold reduced the mass unbalance and the vibrations of the roll mold, and as a result, the dimensional accuracy of machined micropatterns has been improved

AbstractAbstract
[en] Recent high resolution spectroscopic studies of CO line profiles in the Δv=1 and Δv=2 bands reveal discrete absorption with well defined velocity components. Separate regimes are further distinguished by different rotational temperatures. Possible, though not unique, interpretations require episodic mass ejection, or intermittent modulation of continuous mass loss. (Auth.)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Relevance is determined by necessity of utilizing of local low-grade fuels by energy equipment. Most widespread Tomsk oblast (Russian Federation region) low-grade fuels are described and listed. Capability of utilizing is analysed. Mass balances of heat-technology conversion materials and derived products are described. As a result, recycling capability of low-grade fuels in briquette fuel is appraised
