[en] The stage of formation of secondary particles in the hydrodynamical theory of multiparticle production is studied. It is found that the spectrum of secondary particles from the decay of an element of the fluid in the rest system of this element is in general anisotropic

[en] The results are presented on the investigation of interactions of multicharged nuclei of primary cosmic radiation in the energy range of 0.1- 1 GeV/nucleon with emulsion nuclei. Production of fast helium nuclei in these interactions has been considered. Angular distributions of doubly charged particles with the energies of 36 < E < 200 MeV are obtained. Characteristics of events containing different numbers of α-particles with the energy E > 40 MeV are given. The energy of doubly charged particles has been shown to be independent of multiplicity of protons and α-particles in splitting.
