[en] Urenco's gas centrifuge process for uranium enrichment with its low electricity consumption and its adaptability to market demand is enabling Urenco to play its full part in meeting energy needs now and in the future. Urenco is now delivering enriched uranium hexafluoride to Nuclear Power Plant Operators in a number of countries. The Group has a substantial order book and is embarked upon a programme of expansion of centrifuge enrichment capacity which over the next decade will involve the investment in Europe of more than Pound2 billion.
