[en] The effect of absorption of the decametric background emission (at the frequencies 14.7, 16.7, 20 MHz) by the Heiles' dust Cloud 2 is observed. An upper limits on the emission measure of the Cloud approximately 10-2 cm-6 pc and the electron density approximately 10-1 cm-3 are obtained
