[en] Basic formulae for the calculation of level energies and gamma-transition probabilities using modified Nilsson potential including epsilon₄-deformation and taking into account pairing interaction and Coroiolis mixing are presented The computer codes for the level energy calculations via Nilsson potential and effective matrix element methods as well as for the calculations of gamma-transition probabilities and level lifetimes are described. The proposed ocomplex of programs allows to make the complicated calculations easier and provides the information on nuclear structure in an acceptable form
