[en] In a study of 5.8 10/sup 6/ J/Psi decays, the MARK-III experiment at SPEAR has observed a new narrow state, called ξ, in the radiative decays to K/sup +/K/sup -/ and K/sub s/0K/sub s/0, at a significance level of 4.5 and 3.6 S.D., respectively. Mass, width and product branching ratio are presented for both modes
