AbstractAbstract
[en] Two methods-gradient bath and thermal bridge methods-which make it possible to establish control over the crystal growth from solution-melt characterized by continous temperature decrease at the crystallization front are considered. In both cases heat conductivity equations are solved and simple analytical criteria for temperature axial gradient linearity for the while solidification process are found. Areas of practical application of both methods are indicated
