AbstractAbstract
[en] The properties of the same type (Jπ=1-) two-phonon states of 116,118,120,122,124Sn are studied. Where a transition probability is differed on the constant value. By the nuclear resonance scattering method which is selective for J=1- states the highly excited states of the 120Sn, 130Te, 139La and 141Pr were examined. The primary γ-quanta were got from the Ni(n,γ) reaction. The partial level widths, resonance scattering cross sections, spin and parity of considered levels were determined. In these resonance levels the E1-transitions dipole forces of decay fragmentation have been studied
