AbstractAbstract
[en] The paper introduces the methods for the measurement of radioactivity of tritium and radiocarbon in biological samples. After combustion, the OBT(organic bound tritium) of biological sample is converted to HTO, the tritium contents of the water is determined by liquid scintillation counting. After Oxygen bomb combustion, the sample is converted and CO2 synthesized benzene after steps of reactions. The limit detection is 1.2 Bq/L and 1.0 Bq/kg(C) for tritium and radiocarbon respectively. The activity results of biological samples are given, such as milk, leave, soil, animal ,etc.. (authors)
