[en] The effects of different doses of ~(60)Coγ ray radiation on seeds of perennial ryegrass(Derby Supreme)were studied,and the POD and EST isozymes of plants were analyzed.The results showed that the ~(60)Co-γ ray radiation had caused changes of POD and EST isozymes under different doses,and the characteristics of POD and EST isozymes had also changed after the seeds were treated with different ~(60)Co-γ ray radiation doses
