AbstractAbstract
[en] A solid solution of the three – component system 0.8NaNbO3 – 0.15KNbO3-0.05CdNb2O6 was prepared by two-stage solid-phase synthesis followed by sintering using conventional ceramic technology. An experimental study of the dielectric, piezoelectric, and ferroelastic characteristics of the latter in the low-temperature range (10÷330) K. The conclusion is made about the expediency of using the obtained results in the development of functional ferroactive materials based on sodium – potassium – cadmium niobates and devices with their participation.
