[en] How to build a long-term mechanism for public communication of nuclear power projects is a key and difficult problem for nuclear power enterprises, which needs to be explored and innovated in practice. This paper puts forward the idea of constructing a long-term mechanism of public communication in nuclear power projects by promoting the conversion of compensation mechanism into equity mechanism. Equity mechanism can focus public attention on the development of enterprises and form a community of interests. This paper expounds the basic meaning of transforming compensation mechanism into equity mechanism, and the historical necessity, necessity and feasibility of implementing equity mechanism. At the same time, it puts forward suggestions on how to promote the conversion of compensation mechanism into equity mechanism. (author)
