AbstractAbstract
[en] Chernobyl NPP accident is recognized as the global disaster. Wide amount of population including children was involved. According to the direct measurements results from 1986 the 40% of children population received thyroid irradiation doses from 0.3 to 2.0 Gy and 10% of them - over 2 Gy respectively. Cesium incorporation value calculated per irradiation dose not exceeded 0.5 rem in 97% of kids. Children examination was organized in 2 steps. Within 1. one various transient reactions of nervous system, skin, mucosa, blood formula were revealed. Within 2. one the complete medical examinations were carried out both with dosimetric control. ChNPP accident poly-factor nature was fixed. Wide amount of somatic pathology not related to radiation exposure dose was registered. 12 years after the accident as the result of wide-scale epidemiological study was found out that children population had been exposed to both acute (evacuated persons) and long-term chronic (contaminated territories residents) effect of radiation factor. The main health risk for children involved in nuclear disaster zone is connected with non-oncological blood and haemopoietic organs diseases, digestive system pathology and mental disorders. Parameters excess was revealed in group of persons with higher collective dose accumulated for 10-12 years. Thyroid cancer incidence rate growth is recognized as the radioinduced effect. 12 years after the accident is obvious that 'health detriment' for children population of ChNPP accident survivors is expressed in additional number of endocrine system diseases cases - 24%, blood and haemopoietic organs - 33%, digestive system - 24%, mental disorders - 52% respectively. AbstractAbstract
[en] Influence of KI salt on the spectral-luminescent properties of polymer films of P3HT has been investigated in this work. Addition of KI doesn’t lead to significant changes in optical density of the polymer films, but significantly changes the intensity and lifetime of the luminescence of P3HT. Adding KI reduces the lifetime of P3HT luminescence. Growth of the luminescence intensity occurs at a low concentration of KI and its quenching occurs at the high concentrations. A significant increase in the electrical resistance of the films takes place by adding of the KI. Type of magnetic effects on the photoluminescence of P3HT depends on the concentration of KI. Changes in the magnetic effect in P3HT-KI films are connected with increase in the concentration of triplet states in the polymer. (paper)

AbstractAbstract
[en] It has been investigated spectral-luminescence properties of polymer films, doped with potassium iodide (KI). Using of KI didn't lead to the gradual changes of optical density of polymer films and the range of band gap semiconductor polymer P3HT. The fluorescence intensity of P3HT decreased and changed by use of KI. Using of 1% KI in polymer leaded to decrease of fluorescence lifetime. Influence of heavy atom on photovoltaic effect of organic solar cells has been investigated. 1% of KI in polymer film leaded to decrease of Isc and slightly decrease of Uoc. Investigation shows that magnetic field does not affect on photovoltaic properties of cells P3HT-PCBM. Magnetic field increased of open circuit voltage and short circuit current of solar cells with 1% of KI. Study of electrical impedance of cells revealed the magnetic sensivity of solar cells with KI additives. The lifetime of free charge carriers increased in the magnetic field for solar cells with KI additives. (paper)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The possibility of titanium dioxide films formation by pulsed laser deposition was studied. It was found that the titanium dioxide nanorods were formed on the surface of quartz glass under certain conditions. Craters with diameter about 40-50 μm and depth about 5-10 μm were formed on the target surface exposed with the nanosecond laser pulse. Electronic structure of the samples was studied by energy dispersive X-ray spectrum. Energy transitions of electrons determined from the energy dissipating spectra. (paper)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The results of studies of photovoltaic properties of solar cells based on porous tin oxide films, sensitized with an organic dye are presented. Porous films were prepared by electrochemical anodization of tin in alkaline electrolytes based on aqueous solution of NaOH and aqueous ammonia NH_4OH. It was found that the time of anodizing of the Sn films affects on conversion efficiency of light energy into electrical energy. Increasing of the sorption time leads to an increase of the number of molecules on the surface of the porous film. For the solar cell based on tin oxide there is a strong dark current, which significantly reduces the efficiency of conversion of light energy into electrical energy. (paper)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The spectral-luminescence properties of poly(9,9-di-n-octylfluorenyl-2,7-diyl) (PFO) films doped with potassium iodide are investigated. It is found that the addition of potassium iodide at concentrations of 0.1–1% leads to a drop in the degree of ordering of the PFO films and decreases the fluorescence intensity and lifetime of the polymer. The kinetics of photoluminescence of PFO–KI films is studied in nano-, micro-, and millisecond time bands. Analysis of the experimental data on long-term luminescence using the percolation model showed that the addition of potassium iodide to the polymer increases the degree of disordering of the film. Investigations of the effect of an external magnetic field on the PFO luminescence over a wide time range indicate a complex character of the time dependence of the magnetic effect. The changes in both the magnitude and sign of the magnetic effect g(B) are observed over the entire measured time range.

AbstractAbstract
[en] The influence of the defects in ZnO films on the electrical and photovoltaic properties of perovskite solar cells was investigated in the work. According to the results of the research it was established that the defects in ZnO films affects the concentration of defects of perovskite films synthesized on the ZnO surface. However, the difference in the defect concentration in perovskite films is about 30%, while the concentration of defects in ZnO differs by 1000 times. A less significant influence is the concentration of ZnO defects on the electrical and photovoltaic properties of perovskite solar cells. The magnitude of the short-circuit photocurrent and the open voltage of the cells are affected by the concentration of perovskite defects and the quality of the perovskite-ZnO interface. (paper)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The photoconductive thin film composites (∼ 1 μm) based on polyvinyl alcogol (PVA), oligo-N-glycidylcarbazole (o-GC), oligo(1,3,6-tribromo-9-glycidylcarbazole) (o-tri-BrGC), and oligo(3,6-diiodo-9-glycidylcarbazole) (o-di-IGC) doped with 10 mass. % of rhodamine 6G (R6G have been prepared. The corresponding oligomers were synthesized by cationic polymerization method. The photoelectric properties of these film composites were investigated by Kelvin dynamic probe method of surface electric potential measurement. It was shown, that all investigated film composites exhibit photovoltaic properties under illumination with light from the dye-sensitizer absorption region. It has been found that films of polymer composites based on polyvinyl alcohol doped with a xanthene dye possess photovoltaic properties, and the photovoltaic response varies little at the dye concentration greater than 10 wt % with respect to the weight of the polymer. The photovoltaic effect is caused by photogeneration of charge carriers in the dye aggregates and transport of none-quilibrium charge carriers among them. It is concluded that, in order to reduce the production cost of photoactive media for photovoltaic cells, it is possible to use cheap polymers with a low concentration of organic dyes. The reduction of photovoltaic response VPH value in series o-GC- → o-tri-BrGC- → and o-di-IGC-based film composites was explained in terms of the heavy-atom effect on the non-equilibrium charge carriers photogeneration and transport processes. The spectral dependence of the observed effect was studied. The features of photoelectrical properties of obtained film composites, as well as the possible photodiffusional nature of the respective photovoltaic response are discussed. The respective phenomenological model for photovoltaic effect and internal photoeffect in investigated composite films is proposed. (author)
