[en] The methods of differential thermal, microstructure, X-ray phase analyses and microhardness measurements were used to construct the state diagram of the system FeS-In2S3. Support was provided for the formation of the compound composed of FeIn2S4 congruently meltable and crystallizable in the spinel structure with the lattice parameter a=10.53 A. Solid solutions of the spinel structure were found to appear in the concentration range 0-55 mole% re FeS. All the homogeneous samples on the side of In2S3 are n-type semiconductors

[en] By methods of physicochemical analysis the phase diagrams of In2S3-CoS and In2S3-NiS systems have been studied. The regions of existence of solid solutions are determined.
