AbstractAbstract
[en] The effect of accounting the Pauli principle on the structure and energy of nonrotational states of 169Yb deformed nucleus as well as on reduced probabilities of E2-transitions B(E2) is studied within the framework of the quasiparticle-phonon model (QPM). The amplitudes of states mixing due to Coriolis interaction and reduced probabilities of gamma transition within the framework of nonadiabatic rotation model are also calculated. The results are compared with calculations made within QPM with account of Coriolis interaction but excluding the Pauli principle in the wave state function. It is shown that to describe correctly both the level structure and reduced probabilities B(E2) it is necessary to include all types of interaction : quasiparticle interaction with phonons with account of the Pauli principle in the wave state functions and Coriolis interactions. Now no uniform theoretical approach exists

[en] For the purpose of determining and specifying quantum characteristics of the upper excited states of sup(124, 125)I the spectra of electrons of internal conversion (EIC) appearing in the course of sup(123, 125)Xe decay in the 110-1200 keV energy range have been measured. The measurements have been performed at a β spectrometer with Si(Li) detector placed in an uniform magnetic field, the resolution of the spectrometer constituting in average 2.5 keV. The experimental information obtained has been processed at the ''Minsk-2'' computer (preliminary stage) and at the CDC-6500. The results of EIC spectra measurements in the 123Xe and 125Xe decay are tabulated. Presented are not all the transitions appearing in the sup(123, 125)Xe decay but only those, which become apparent in the EIC spectra. As a result of calculations of internal conversion coefficients and their comparison with theoretical values it become ossible to determine for the first time the multipolarities of 18γ transitions in 123I and 9 γ transitions in 125I. Multipolarities of transitions of 178 keV in 123I and 188, 372, 453 keV in 125I coincide with those obtained in the experiment. The multipolarity of 330 keV γ transition in 123I is determined. This is M 1-transition. It has been found that the levels 1011, 1048, 1113, 1242, 1310, 1390, 1864, 1934 kev (123I) and 1007, 1089, 1180, 1381 keV (125I) may have either 1/2+ or 3/2+ spin
