AbstractAbstract
[en] Isotherms of boron trifluoride sorption on activated BAU carbon and SKT-2 carbon and NaA zeolite are determined by volumetric method at 231-322 K and a pressure of 0-105 Pa. The heat of BF3 sorption on the above-mentioned sorbents and SKT-2 activated carbon is calculated, coefficients for the Dubinin equation, that describes sorption of BF3 on these sorbents, are presented. The SKT-2 activated carbon is shown to be preferable over the BAU carbon for uses as a working medium in adsorption compressors

AbstractAbstract
[en] In the paper it is noted, that the DC-60 heavy ion accelerator construction is one of the stage of an accelerator technique strategy development in Kazakhstan. The principal feature of the constructing accelerator is it multi- functionality, e.g. it is intended for a wide-scale problems decision both the technological ones - for example such as manufacture of the nuclear filters - and the scientific problem in the field of solid state physics and nuclear physics. The accelerator complex includes: DC-60 accelerator - allowing to accelerate a large ion set from Li to Xe up to the energy 0.5-1.5 MeV/nucleon); external ion source; low energy ion channel; 3 high-energy ion channels and experimental chambers - intended for a targets irradiation by both high- and low-energy beams in the controlled conditions. Among planning works with the accelerating complex application foremost there are the examinations of radiation solids radiation damage from high-energy ions, as well as radiation-ion and ion-track nano- technologies

AbstractAbstract
[en] Possibility of using VEhU-1 secondary-emission electron multiplier (SEM) for measuring pulse electron beam parameters in the range of currents of 1-100 μA, electron energy of 100-1000 eV, the error being approximately 10 %, is experimentally investigated. Time resolution of beam current pulse shape is approximately 20 ns. A block-diagram of experimental device for measuring SEM characteristics is presented. Dependences of SEM gain factor on the beam current input pulse parameters are given. The current pulse distortions at SEM output in longitudinal magnetic field of 40-100 G are absent when the pulse charge is below approximately 300 pC. Amplitude of the amplified current pulses is 700-30 μA in the range of 0.5-10 μs pulse duration

AbstractAbstract
[en] The kinetics of the sorption of molecular hydrogen by ZrCo and Zr0.8Ti0.3Mn1.9 was investigated as function of temperature at several constant pressures of hydrogen. A comparison between the isothermal hydrogen sorption rates by ZrCo, Zr0.8Ti0.3Mn1.9 and LaNi4.7Al0.3 is given and reaction mechanisms are discussed. From fittings of the experimental results to well known gas/solid reaction rate laws it was concluded that the reaction mechanisms of the reaction with ZrCo is complex and dependent upon the prevailing reaction conditions. The hydrogen sorption rate by the powder of all three IMC's was found to be second order in hydrogen pressure. 8 refs., 7 figs., 1 tab

AbstractAbstract
[en] The DC-60 heavy ions cyclotron pre-design project is implemented. The cyclotron is the key facility of the Inter-disciplinary laboratory complex by L.N. Gumilev Eurasian State University. In comparison with previous project in a new one the possibility for fair variation of the ions energies on 30 % at the expense of magnetic field level change is planed. The magnet structure of the cyclotron allowing to vary the magnet field from 1.25 to 1.65 T with use the low-power magnet coils system is found. The accelerator provides the opportunity for the ions acceleration from Li to Xe with energies from 0.4 to 1.6 MeV/nucleon. The exterior ion source of the ECR type will be planing to use on the cyclotrons and axial beam injection system development will be created. The extending voltage on the ion source is 10-25 kV. For experiments conducting on the cyclotron complex is expecting to create on channel for low energy beams - 10-25 kV per charge (ECR source beams) and three withdrawn channels for accelerated ion beams, one of those will be packaged with necessary equipment for the nuclear filters manufacture. The cyclotron complex will be used for both the fulfillment of a wide range of scientific and applied problems and a students training
