AbstractAbstract
[en] Results of the study of the methods for rhenium (5) and rhenium (6) compound stabilization, their proparation, identification, investigation of composition and prperties, are presented. On the basis of data obtained methods of rhenium determination (spectrophotometric, photochemical, ESR, kinetic ones) are developed for the media, which are of interest for analysis and technology. The methods are based on the formation of stable complexes ReOCl-5 in systems (ReOCl5)2-(ReO2·aq, ReO4-)-H2SO4·(H4P2O7)-HCl, ReOBr4 in system Re(7)-H2SO4-Br- and complex of Re(6) with toluene -3,4-dithiol. Catalytic activity of Re(6) in reactions of diphenylamine oxidation is used to develop kinetic method of rhenium determination with the detection limit of 1 ng/ml

AbstractAbstract
[en] Different methods are considered for defining the content of rhenium in alloys of different bases: alloys with molybdenum, tungsten, tantalum and niobium. The data are given about some new methods for Re identification with the use of ion-selective electrode on perrhenate-ion, electron paramagnetic resonance, coulometric titration, some color reactions with organic reagents. The sensitivity of analyses, the value of errors and reproducibility are determined

AbstractAbstract
[en] A highly sensitive rapid method for determination of rhenium in sulfuric acid solution containing Re(7) is proposed. The method includes hydrocloric acid introduction into initial solution (2-10 vol. %), Re(7) reduction to Re(6) by ultraviolet irradiation (230-300 nm) and subsequent Re(6) detection by spectrophotometric or electron paramagnetic resonance method. The rhenium detection limit is 1 μg/ml, error of determination is ±2%

Modern methods of separation and determination of radioactive elements1989
Modern methods of separation and determination of radioactive elements1989
AbstractAbstract
[en] The behaviour of radioisotopes of some noble and rare elements (Ru, Rh, Pd, Ag, Re, Os, Ir, Pt, Au) in the processes of sublimation and thermochromatography of their coimpounds is studied and the possibility to use the methods for radiochemcial isolation of the elements during their determination by the method of neutron activation analysis is considered. It is shown that in combination with neutron activation analysis the thermochromatographic method ensures a high yield, rapidness of separation and isolation of the above-mentioned nuclides, low determination level and possibility of element concentration from low-soluble samples with a highly activated base. 16 refs.; 3 tabs

AbstractAbstract
[en] Methods for preparation and stabilization of rhenium (6) oxohalide complexes in the solutions of concentrated acids and their mixtures are studied. Rhenium state in the systems depending on concentration conditions and time is investigated. Parameters of electronic and EPR spectra of individual complexes are found. Syntheses of oxochloride and oxobromide rhenium (6) complexes are described, their properties are studied
