[en] The thermodynamic analysis of the hydrogen and water steam mixtures, applied by the following measures in the technology of the liquid-metal lead-bismuth coolants, namely: the hydrogen cleanup of the coolant and the circuit from the coolant components oxides; periodical or continuous regulation of the oxygen thermodynamic activity in the coolant; diagnostics of the coolant state and the circuit surfaces. It is noted, that convenience in controlling the processes, proceeding by interaction of the mixtures with the coolant and the circuit relates to the number of advantages of the above mixtures

Проведен термодинамический анализ смесей водорода и водяного пара, применяемых при следующих мероприятиях в технологии жидкометаллических свинцово-висмутовых теплоносителей: водородной очистке теплоносителя и контура от оксидов компонентов теплоносителя; периодическом или непрерывном регулировании термодинамической активности кислорода в теплоносителе; диагностике состояния теплоносителя и поверхностей контура. [en] A solid-electrolytic ceramics on the basis of ZrO2 with high strength and thermal resistance is fabricated. The ceramics is used for fabrication of sensitive elements in the form of capsule. A glass ceramics for pressure-tight connection of the ZrO2 ceramics with a metal is developed. Different modifications of the transducers of the thermodynamic activity of oxygen are fabricated for different conditions. The transducer is certificated and approved for using in oxygen monitoring in a heavy coolant

[en] The article is devoted to developing the oxygen thermodynamic activity automatic control system for circulating test rig with lead-bismuth coolant. The basic preconditions for developing the automatic control system and problem state of studying the oxygen regulation as applied to SVBR-75/100 reactor were analyzed. For the first time, as applied to conditions of the SVBR-75/100 reactor, the opportunity of use of the oxygen thermodynamic activity automatic control system by a solid-phase method in lead-bismuth heavy coolant loop was experimentally demonstrated. Techniques of definition of dynamic parameters of the automatic control system were developed and tested, tests for justification of system serviceability in steady-state conditions of nonisothermal circulating loop, and also in conditions of a various types of provocations deducing the test rig loop from an equilibrium condition on oxidation potential of the coolant were carried out

Статья посвящена созданию автоматической системы управления термодинамической активностью кислорода на циркуляционных стендах со свинцово-висмутовым теплоносителем. Проанализированы основные предпосылки создания системы автоматического регулирования и состояние вопроса по изучению кислородного регламента применительно к РУ CВБР 75/100. Впервые применительно к условиям РУ CВБР 75/100 экспериментально показана возможность использования системы автоматического регулирования термодинамической активности кислорода твердофазным методом в контуре с тяжелым теплоносителем свинец-висмут. Разработаны и испытаны методики определения динамических параметров системы автоматического регулирования, проведены эксперименты по обоснованию работоспособности системы в стационарных условиях неизотермического циркуляционного контура, а также в условиях различного рода провокаций, выводящих контур стенда из равновесного состояния по окислительному потенциалу теплоносителяOriginal Title
