AbstractAbstract
[en] The functional biological effects related to the irradiation of live tissues with low power lasers, called non-thermal effects were theoretical and experimentally studied. For the experimental part, a device which allows to: irradiation lesions artificially created on the back of rats by a He-Ne laser, or put a moving ground glass in front of the laser beam, by irradiation of this same laser with its coherence degree decreased. The relevance of the radiation coherence in the lesion cicatrization process was shown. The electrical field distribution and the intensity distribution on a surface with micro-roughness when irradiated by coherent light are theoretically studied. (M.C.K.)

Estudam-se teorica e experimentalmente os fenomenos biologicos funcionais relacionados a irradiacao de tecidos vivos com lasers de baixa potencia, denominados efeitos nao-termicos. Para a parte experimental construiu-se um dispositivo que permite: a irradiacao de lesoes criadas artificialmente no dorso de ratos por um laser de He-Ne, ou colocar um vidro fosco em movimento a frente do feixe laser por radiacao laser com seu grau de coerencia diminuido. Mostrou-se a relevancia da coerencia da radiacao no processo cicatrizacao de lesoes. A distribuicao de campo eletrico e a distribuicao de intensidade sobre uma superficie com micro-rugosidades quando irradiada por luz coerente foram estudadas teoricamente. (M.C.K.)Original Title
