AbstractAbstract
[en] The results of the measurement of radiative decays of ρ and ω mesons with the Neutral Detector at e+e- collider VEPP-2M are presented. The branching ratio of the decay ω → π0γ was measured with higher experiments accuracy: B(ω → π0γ)=0.089±0.006. The ρ0 → π0γ branching ratio was measured for the first time: B(ρ0 → π0γ)=(7.9±2.0)x10-4. The decays ρω → ηγ were studied. Their branching ratios with the assumption of constructive ρ-ω interference are: B(ω→ηγ)=(7.3±2.9)x10-4, B(ρ→ηγ)=(4.0±1.1)x10-4. The branching ratios of ω→π+π-π0 and ω→e+e- decays were also measured: B(ω→π+π-π0)=0.894±0.006, B(ω→e+e-)=(7.14±0.36)x10-5. The upper limit of the ω→π0π0γ branching ratio was placed: B(ω→π0π0γ)<4x10-4 at 90% confidence level

AbstractAbstract
[en] A review of experimental results obtained by a neutral detector at the VEPP-2M e+e- storage ring in the 2E=0.5-1.4 GeV energy range with integral luminosity of 19 pb-1 is presented. The total meson production cross sections in e=e-→ ωπ0, e=e- → π+π-π0, e+e-→ ηπ+π-, e+e- → π+π-π+π-, e=e- → π+π-π0π0, e+e- → π0π0γ processes are studied. 106 refs.; 23 figs.; 9 tabs

AbstractAbstract
[en] An analysis is made of the possibility of different theoretical descriptions of the decays Φ→ρπ→π+π-π0, Φ→π0γ taking into account both the Φ-ω mixing and the direct decays Φ→ρπ, Φ→π0γ. For this purpose the data from the Neutral Detector on the reactions e+e-→π+π-π0, π0γ, KSKL in the interval √s=700-1050 MeV are used. Experimental data are shown not to permit one to answer the question what is the origin of the decay Φ→ρπ(π0γ). 16 refs.; 3 figs.; 2 tabs

AbstractAbstract
[en] The ω → π0e+e- decay has been observed in the experiment performed at the electron-positron storage ring VEPP-2M with the Neutral Detector. The decay branching has been found to be BR (ω → π0e+e-)=(0.59±0.19)x10-3. The upper limit for the φ → π0e+e- decay branching ratio has been as well determined: BR(φ → π0e+e-)<1.2x10-4

AbstractAbstract
[en] An experiment carried out in the electron-positron storage ring VEPP-2M with the Neutral Detector has demonstrated the existence of the decay ω→π0e+e- and has measured its relative probability BR(ω→π0e+e-) = (0.59 +- 0.19)x10-3. An upper limit has also been established for the probability of the decay phi→π0e+e-: BR(phi→π0e+e-)<1.2x10-4

AbstractAbstract
[en] One- and two-coordinate detectors with proportional chambers developed at the Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics (BINP) are presented. The parallax-free 10 MHz one-coordinate OD-3.1 and OD-3.2 detectors are used in synchrotron radiation powder diffraction and SAXS experiments. The two-coordinate DED-3 detector with a multiwire proportional chamber (MWPC) is used in Laue diffraction. The latest modification of this detector, DED-5, with a working area of 384 x 384 mm, is briefly described. The micro-strip detector prototype MSGC-100 has passed test synchrotron radiation experiments and the next modification (MSGC-500), with 500 channels for high energy, is under construction. The one-coordinate MWPC OD-160 detector, with an angle aperture of 160 degrees and a count rate of 3.3 GHz, is under construction. It will be used for high-resolution powder diffraction. Two types of gas chamber will be used: L for low energies (5-30 keV) and H for high energies (30-70 keV). A 16 degrees section with an H-chamber has been produced and tested on the synchrotron radiation beamline

AbstractAbstract
[en] The project of the fast parallax-free, one-coordinate X-ray detector OD120 with the registration angle up to 360 deg. is presented. The operation principles and simulation results are discussed. The calculated angular resolution of the detector is 0.3x10-3 rad for the focal distance of 350 mm

For this purpose, the data from the Neutral Detector on the reactions e+e-→π+π-π0γ, and KSKL in the interval √s=700-1050 Mev are used. The experimental data are shown not to provide the answer to the problem on the origin of the decay omicron→ρπ(πγ). This decay can be completely caused either by the omicron-ω mixing or by the direct decay omicron→ρπ(omicron→πγ)
