[en] V-Nb-Ni alloys cast and annealed at subsolidus temperatures are studied using differential thermal, X-ray phase, local X-ray structure and microstructure analyses. Liquidus surface, surface of solidus and phase transformations diagram at crystallization of V-Nb-Ni system alloys are plotted on the ground of the obtained results. Presence of Laves λ1-phase structure ternary compound (MgZn2 type), which homogeneity range on solidus surface reaches 26-55 at.% Ni by 30 at.% Nb isoconcentrate and 20-34 at.% V by Nb55Ni45-V57Ni43 cross section is determined in the studied system

[en] The composition of the Zr-(0.5-12) at. % Ru binary alloys has been studied. It has been established that the highest solubility of ruthenium in β-zirconium amounts to 11 at. % at the eutectic temperature of 1,250 deg C while the solubility in α-zirconium works out to about 1 at. % at 600 deg C. Ruthenium brings down the temperature (α reversible β) of zirconium transformation. A ω-phase, having the following lattice periods: 4.997, c=3.134 A, c/a=0.627, has been found in the alloys hardened at 1,000 and 800 deg C
