AbstractAbstract
[en] In this article the results about influence of a drought on assimilation of ability CO2 during photosynthesis at different cotton sorts and lines are submitted. It was established that in these conditions speed of a turnover Pentose phosphate reduction of cycle decreases. However thus amplification inclusion 14C in products P E P-carboxylation and glycolate metabolism of carbon is observed

AbstractAbstract
[en] Full text: In the last years significant progress is achieved in development of neutron focusing methods (concentrating neutrons in a given direction and a small area). In this, main attention is given to focusing of neutron beams of reactor, particularly cold neutrons and their applications. [1,2]. However, isotope sources also let obtain intensive neutron beams and solve quite important (tasks) problems (e.g. neutron capture therapy for malignant tumors) [3], and an actual problems is focusing of neutrons. We developed a device on the basis of californium source of neutrons, allowing to obtain focused (preliminarily) beam of thermal neutrons with the aid of respective choice of moderators, reflectors and geometry of their disposition. Here, fast neutrons and gamma rays in the beam are minimized. With the aid of the model we developed on the basis of Monte-Carlo method, it is possible to modify aforementioned device and dynamics of output neutrons in wide energy range and analyze ways of optimization of neutron beams of isotope sources with different neutron outputs. Device of preliminary focusing of thermal neutrons can serve as a basis for further focus of neutrons using micro- and nano-capillar systems. It is known that, capillary systems performed with certain technology can form beam of thermal neutrons increasing its density by more than two orders of magnitude and effectively divert beams up to 20o with length of system 15 cm

AbstractAbstract
[en] A device for study of thermal neutron capture gamma-ray spectra using 252Cf neutron source has been developed. The device allows one to study both low-energy (E≤2 MeV) and high-energy (E≥2 MeV) neutron capture gamma-rays of nuclides and to develop methods for fast determination of element content of substance and materials, and also in dynamics and in streams. AbstractAbstract
[en] Present article is devoted to influence of high concentration of CO2 and different ecological stress factors on growth and productivity of the durum wheats. The results of experimental findings about the effect of high concentration of CO2 and different ecological stress factors (high temperature of air, soil drought) on growth and productivity of wheat on example of two sorts have been considered. On the basis of analysis of physiological and genetic systems of adaptation of plants and attractions assimilates, the various stability of two sorts of wheat to action of high concentration of CO2 and different ecological factors has been established. AbstractAbstract
[en] The article presents experimental data on analysis of attracting ability and productivity elements of ear of two wheat varieties grown under conditions of increased concentrations of CO2 and under the influence of other stressful environmental factors (high air temperature, soil drought). Differences in the level of assimilate attraction between the genotypes of two varieties of wheat were revealed, and this affected the formation of an ear and, ultimately, plant productivity. The spike attracting ability indicator can be used to compile a model of wheat varieties for resistance to global climate change factors. (author)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The article presents experimental data on effect of increased concentrations of CO2 and other stressful environmental factors (high air temperature, soil drought) on content of photosynthetic pigments in leaves of durum wheat. It has been revealed that under the influence of increased concentrations of CO2 and other environmental factors, the content of chlorophylls 'a', 'b' and carotenoids significantly decreases in all phases of plant development. AbstractAbstract
[en] The results of model experiments on effect of increased CO2 concentrations and other stressful environmental factors (high air temperature, soil drought) on productivity and some biochemical parameters of durum wheat varieties (President and Sham) have been presented. A structural analysis of ripened spike showed that in conditions of high air temperatures and soil drought against the background of increased CO2 concentrations, the Sham variety in comparison with the President variety had a significant advantage in all respects. Under the influence of increased concentrations of CO2 and other adverse factors, plant productivity decreases and the content of starch and protein in the grain of studied varieties decreases.
