AbstractAbstract
[en] All stages of the nuclear fuel cycle in France from the uranium mining up to the irradiated fuel radiochemical reprocessing are described. Special attention is paid to the cycle finite stage and the Cogema company role. All the achievements of France in developing nuclear engineering are based on the decision of the government, adopted in 1973 during the first oil crisis. The government developed a wide-scale program on constructing NPPs and NFC enterprises, which is successfully accomplished less than in 20 years. Currently the nuclear engineering become the leading industrial branch in France and the experience, accumulated in the nuclear technique area, greatly benefits the economy of the country

Описаны все стадии ядерного топливного цикла во Франции - от добычи урана до радиохимической переработки облученного топлива. Особое внимание уделено заключительной стадии цикла и роли фирмы Cogema. В основе всех достижений Франции в развитии ядерной энергетики лежит правительственное решение, принятое в 1973 г. в период первого нефтяного кризиса. [en] A description of the design and results of testing a gas spark gap to be used as a commutating element of high-voltage pulse generator employed for the energy storage of the ''Angara-5'' facilitywo are given. The gap contains t toroidal base electrodes, an intermediate starting electrode in the form of a thin disk with a central hole 70 mm in dia., two insulators, union connections. Dependences of the break-down probability on the gap voltage for different materials of the base electrodes - stainless steel and VNZh steel - are given. For the spark gap with electrodes of the VNZh alloy lower actUation time spread and greater performance voltage range, limited by acceptable self-break-down (approximately 1%) is observed

AbstractAbstract
[en] The basic characteristics of the scintillation time-of-flight system of the ''Gamma-1'' gamma telescope are calculated. The system consists of two scintillation detectors: an upper and lower, each of the 40x40 cm dimensions. These detectors contains four scintillation strips of the 40x10 cm dimensions scanned by two photomultipliers from the opposite face planes. The basic telescope characteristics are light-gathering power G during detection of a gamma quanta diffusion flux and effective area S during detection of gamma radiation of the point source. The simulation program of gamma quanta detection by the telescope time-of-flight system with the help of which its basic characteristics are determined, is considered in detail. The program uses the statistical test method of the electron-positron pair component trajectory, appearing in electrodes of a multigap spark chamber. The calculated distributions of the time intervals for single particles and in the presence of the electron-positron pairs for gamma quanta of forward and backward directions are presented. These distributions are obtained both taking into account the proper time resolution of the detectors and without it. The time resolution for single electrons measured for different photomultiplier specimens varied from 1.0 to 1.5 ns

AbstractAbstract
[en] Optimal technological scheme for purification of industrial technetium compounds from radioactive admixtures with simultaneous organization of the initial KTcO4 conversion into NH4TcO4, which constitutes the most acceptable chemical form for further metallic technetium production, is developed. The experimental data on analysis of industrial technetium preparations and technetium compounds, obtained after purification from radioactive admixtures, are presented. It is shown that realization of the above technology makes it possible to decrease the content of transuranium elements not less than by 10 times and that of cesium not than by 100 times

[en] Rb-Sr-age is determined and the source of the substance of radiogeochemically specialized volcanites of the Byskarsky series of the Eastern Sayan containing rare metal hydrothermal mineralization is found. The given effusives are enriched in U and Th. It is shown that Rb.Sr isochronous age for effusives studied equals 416+-13 m years. The assumption is made on durable existence of magmatogenous hydrothermal system with mantle source of rare and radioactive elements (according to the data of 87Sr/86Sr isotopic ratios) in this region long ago
